Sure, Scooby! Right now it's you and Mogrith. Will probably need a few more. Happy Thanksgivings, guys! Just a little thought of what UFC is worth from the last 24 hours in btcltc: https://btcltc.com/home/index/ufc_cny?l=en-us1 UFC = 0.195 CNY. 1 BTC = 7000 CNY. So: 1 BTC = 7000/0.195 = 35900 UFC (all rounded) so roughly 36000 UFC = $950 right now. and similarly 1 UFC = 0.0000278 BTC. For comparison: GLD is 0.00004 BTC @ Cryptsy NVC is 0.025 BTC @ Cryptsy So UFC is definitely still profitable coin to mine, esp with the current low difficulty level! Let's get these coins to be further widely accepted. We can certainly do that! Were you able to Generate a Deposit Address on btcltc.cm for UFC?

I have not tried it personally. Just created an account and couldn't get wallet address yet. I visit the side everyday to check the price, and they crashed yesterday because of over quota.
Guys, proceed with cautions! Try small transactions first.

unfocus, is there a repo for the exchange development?
theofilos: btcltc.com is not well known for their trustworthiness, unfortunately...

forum member Kryten was supposed to be dealing with it, but not seen him here for a while. There were checkpoints added, maybe there could be a revival in the future but we were waiting on exchange support and scificoin has not emailed me back in a looooong time. I don''t know why they were never accepted by cryptsy, but they were when launched one of the most popular alts. The hashrate was higher then bottlecaps, cryptogenic bullion, and any other semi popular coin. Only Feathercoin and Litecoin had a higher scrypt hashrate at one point. But exchanges didn't even reply back to my emails / tickets. The only one was the scifi exchange. Some tosser called lauderm or something similar (has an Eminem avatar) started talking shit on the dollarpounds thread saying it was premined. And wanted me to prove otherwise. As I could not prove a negative, other then tell him to go explore the block-chain vs the thread submission time on here. I could not prove him wrong because he could not be arsed to do the work for himself and i'm to stubborn to do the work for him. He really upset me, and to be honest I lost heart, because of people that constantly throw shit at you. whats the point, dollarpounds was not for porfit just for fun, but because of a small number of people it lost the fun element. If in new where that guy lived when he accused me of premining it i would have in the words of Lister http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mL7YHQXSURoIf they were on an exchange the hash rate would go through the roof. Unfortunately it is catch 22. No one will support if the hash rate is low, and no one will mine if it's not on an exchange. But I still mine it from time to time and i see maybe 1 or 2 others that do so too. In the future people may rediscover it and start to mine it. If the scificoin exchange ever happens then dollarpounds will get some recognition. But im not a self promoter, and in order to get a coin listed you need to offer kiss some arses and thats just not me.

Thats probably a fair price but I think maybe better mining it back. at 2 BTC for all 4700 thats $2400 I don't have right now.

Well I could mine a bit, and try a revival, I will bump the thread and see what interest it drums up! It can't do any harm.

I've mentioned it here: Private beta: Dec Public beta/GA: Jan
Dream has a working KED code, he is testing POS code, which takes time. Other developer would have launched it and crashed when Pos starts to show up. Even the big TAG just crashed.

A few updates: I am now unsure where the KED relaunch stands. Scifi has indicated that he has been working on the relaunch converting the UFC client to KED. This is the last option I wanted to take with the relaunch. I am unsure whether or not to continue with my version of the relaunch. I am doing maintenance and moving 2 CCE servers over the next couple of days. Many of the services I provide will be up and down. This mostly just effects the pools to this group, as I mentioned before they are up for maintenance this weekend. I have received many PM, E-mails and questions on the forums. Many things have happened this week, and I have alot to think about. To be honest, I do not know how to answer some of the questions at this point. As of now, all my projects are on the verge of financial collapse, and there have been offers of help. However, I do not know how or amount needed. I have always been one to solve my own challenges and it is difficult to ask for help. I am not ignoring anybody, I just do not have answers right now. Anyway, this thread is not the place for deeper conversation on this. I also wanted to share a tool some might find useful in the sky-rocketing market. This tool will scan drives on the byte level looking for key pairs and create a wallet with what it finds. This is useful for recovering deleted wallets and even corrupted wallets.Years ago, it was sometimes not worth it to save Bitcoin wallet files if inconvenient, when BTC was only a dollar or two. These wallets could now be worth thousands. This tool could help recover some long lost wallets and recover a substantial amount of money. You can use the wallets it creates with any coin, just use the rescan option or if too corrupted the salvage wallet option with the coin client. I found a old prime coin stash worth about $300. This is an advanced tool and as always use at your own risk. I will not provide support as it is not my tool, I am just sharing it with you. I have put it in my own github as the original location is a pain in the arse to use. https://github.com/Hartland/wallet-recover-0.3
