You should really consider adding instant withdraws, at least for the sportsbook. This morning, I tried to withdraw 0.194BTC (0.094 was the profit I made), and I had to wait a few hours because it needed to be investigated. Honestly, I don't see what you need to investigate - I only made one sportsbook bet. It was a NBA game too, so it's a low chance it would be a fixed match, yet it took a few hours before it was processed. It was a (kinda) small bet too - only 0.1BTC wagered. Usually, instant withdraws are at most bitcoin gambling sites.

We used to actually have instant withdraws but a website that has poker cannot have instant withdraws for security, collusion and abuse reasons, especially when the player pool is in a shared network.  We will be integrating an automatic segregated category for only sports players soon and also instant withdrawals for trusted accounts that reach certain levels soon.  Excellent feedback and we thank you.

I'm a regular user and bet a lot on the sportbook. I've got a question for you: did you do any maintenance on the mobile part of the site? I bet a lot on mobile, and the sport betting part has gone completely shitty. It was really excellent and smooth, but now it's just a copy of the desktop version and it's really not user friendly at all!

Is the problem coming from me? I didn't change anything in my parameters ^^

Thank you for your question.  You are accessing the desktop version when you should still be accessing the mobile version.  If you clear your cookies you will be able to access the mobile version that you enjoy and are used to again.  You can also use a different browser like Chrome on mobile if you are not already using that and you will see the mobile version.  Please let us know that this works for you.

Yes the Cavaliers beat the Warriors at Oracle in Game Five but Draymond Green didn’t play. Expect the Splash Brothers to go off and Andre Igoudala to have a big game as well.
