I am still awaiting multiple withdrawals in the amount of 3500 mBTC and 1500 mBTC. I am also wondering why I can not get prompt support for the issue with another account taking funds from my account. My username on the site is kmartian. Please assist me with this incident as I was helped with my first issue I encountered a few weeks back.

Actually, you did receive 1,500 mbtc withdrawal and the 3,500 mbtc is in your account. Please always check your address and we even have a thank you email from you, therefore we are uncertain about the reasoning behind this message. With regard to your other issue and the suspected abuse of your account you claim form a third party, we can discuss it on the forum if you choose as well or privately through email. We always make sure all customer btc is secure, which it always is, but in these more complex instances it is necessary to perform a tremendous amount of research and checks which is what is occurring. Please confirm the statements as well as if you would rather discuss here in the chat or through email as it is inefficient to do both and sometimes messages get skipped over and not updated properly. Yes I did get the withdrawal of the 1500 mBTC and the 3500 mBTC is in my account but I am still missing 5000 mBTC from the other account that was not created by me and some how the funds were sent to that account without my permission. My account is kmartian and the account name is kmartian2 that has the 5000 mBTC that belongs to my kmartian account. I am still awaiting reply from emails.

As you know we have two players making claim to the 5 btc but our investigation is almost complete. This is precisely why we examine every detail of player accounts for their protection. We do of course apologize for the delay but this must be done right. We have been in constant email with you as well.

Still awaiting my email response as I do not know who the kmartian2 account belongs to and it is clearly not my account but they were some how able to transfer funds from my original account (kmartian). I do not know how this is possible and I did not give authorization for that to occur and yet it still did. Please transfer all the funds from the kmartian2 account to the kmartian account as I have sent a detailed email to your support team and I have evidence showing I originally transferred those bitcoins to the site weeks back.

We appreciate the patience as you know we had two players making a claim to the btc and what appeared to be a genuine initial transfer. We also had a player say that he created 3 different accounts, one for sports, poker and casino and could not remember or name the third account which was odd. We do see you still playing with us and we appreciate that. We have reversed the transaction while we finish up the investigation.
