when i try log in its saying wrong password  and its not i was playing poker with no problems  then when i try log on sportsbets page it say wrong password and its not

have you gotten this issue fixed? I have the same problem (password works fine on Betcoin Poker and Betcoin Casino, but can't log into Betcoin Sports), and have been told through various emails they are working on it, but nothing yet.

The only thing I dont like about this sportbook is that It take so long to withdraw money from it. If they have instant withdraw, that would be nice.

Usually withdrawals are done within 15 minutes to an hour.  Larger amounts can take a little longer for the verification process, but will always be done.  We have the ability to have instant withdrawals but choose in the interest of player btc security to take a little bit of time to verify everything.  Thank you for playing with us.

Major issue with the live casino.

Last night, I had a deposit for 665 chips.  I already had 500 chips in my account that I was using on the live casino.  The deposit shows in my history, but it only credited 635.

When I cashed out of my live casino, I left with 670 chips, (.67 btc), that NEVER WENT INTO MY BALANCE!  My balance stayed at 635 (Which is wrong anyways).

This morning, I went into live casino to play a few hands to try to see if it would fix itself.  Took what I had in my balance (635), and then left with about 550 chips.  Now my balance reads 165.....  what the hell?


My balance should be 1.24 btc.  I need this fixed today by the time the gtd poker tourneys start, I planned on running a full schedule of all the gtds, and not I am out over 1btc because the live casino doenst send my chips back properly.

DO NOT USE LIVE CASINO UNTIL THEY FIX THIS. I HAVE RECEIVED NO RESPONSE TO MY EMAILS ABOUT THIS.
