I sent a Ticket #11167 but have no respond more than 48 hours.

What are you trying to wager on?  As we are adding some of the more obscure markets we are introducing them with a low max wager, but this should effect very few.  We apologize for not seeing your ticket as we checked again and we don't see it.  Can you please bump it?

I have received a response from the support about these question. It is a pity that almost tournaments that interest for me have low limits for bets (near 10 chips......   )
These is very very very inconvenience and disappointment for me. 10 chips.....it is 5$
Also i want to ask for adding asian game handicap for badminton.

NBA matches are going to start in about 30 minutes and my winnings of 2 bets are locked in, I have some bets to place on NBA but you are not grading the bet even after like 4 hours after the result of match has been published, this is not good
