How often do you fresh our betcoin points and status points? OP

I get 0 point in last 36 hours, could you check that? Is there any delay on your system?? Nowadays the sportsbooks system are normal, not like some days ago, need to wait for 12 hours to get the correct balance.

I think they are updated once every 24 hours mate but I'm not sure
but if u won the points in the daily surprise box they will be added immediately
maybe you don't have points because u didn't wager the right amount
u need to wager 100 chips in the sportsbook or the casino to take 1 Status Point
but poker is the easiest way to claim points , cause for every 1 chip in rake or buy-in fee , you will get 6 status points
so if u r interested in the points take my advice and play some poker

I deposited 1.03btc and now i have 1.9X btc, last time i lost 0.53 btc on Real madrid VS juventus, and this time i got my losses back and make some profits, and I usually bet on nadal, federer with 1.XX btc so I can make 1X status points and XXX betcoin points per time.

Right, but I'm asking for specifics.  What specifically have you done in the last five weeks to improve/tighten up your lines?  Seems like it is an easy one day process...reduce your juice.  Has this been done?  If not, why not? 

I'll give you one random example.  US Baseball...what should be one of the most popular markets and thus one of the most competitive juice-wise (since the more volume you get, the tighter the lines can be and you still make money).  The first game up right now is Philly and Cincy.

So you can see, five weeks after you solicited feedback and received it, your lines on every side of the game are the worst among pretty much all the major books.  If you have hired MULTIPLE professionals to revamp the sportsbook and the lines on a major market are still 40 CENTS while all of your competitors are 20 cents or better, you've been taken.

That's because we weren't talking about the VIP program.  We are talking about your lines, which you've promised for five+ weeks now to "tighten up".  For you to say "we have great lines" and then I say "they are worse than anyone else, what are you doing to make them better" and you to retort with "we have a VIP program!" is called moving the goalposts.

But let's look at the VIP program and see how it fits into the lines.  I'm at Silver2.  In order to get to that level one would have to wager 1,000,000 chips in the sportsbook, or 1000BTC.  Being at that level, I get .4% betback and 4% lossback.  So let's investigate what would happen if I bet using a 1BTC unit size on each side of the game on all the books that I listed:

Your line is:                   Philly +158/Cincy -196

I bet 1BTC on Philly to win 1.58BTC and 1.96BTC on Cincy to win 1BTC.  If Philly wins, I lose .38BTC + .008BTC betback and +.0152 lossback max (since your lossback is on the total won/lost for the day, not on each losing bet).  = -.3568BTC. 
If Cincy wins, I break even on the bets and get no lossback and get .008BTC betback = +.008BTC

Your bitcoin competitors:

Philly +160/Cincy -178 

I bet 1BTC on Philly to win 1.6BTC and 1.78BTC on Cincy to win 1BTC.  If Philly wins, I lose .18BTC; if Cincy wins I break even.

Again, it's just not competitive.  I love your site but your lines need some major work before they are competitive and worth betting on.

I support cry, and other casino also have betback or cashback promotions, and cloudbet has also a good VIP program, but the odds are higher than here, 10% higher odds can make more 10% profits, but do you offer a 10% betback or cashback for general users? No, it is only for those high level VIPs, like over golden level member can get high cashback and betback.
