What's your current bet limit & what are you trying to increase it to? I only ask through curiosity.

2500mbtc, it is an ordinary bet limit here, US Open is incoming, I am trying to bet heavy on big 3(Djokovic, murray, federer). 

In wimbledon and other tennis tournaments, the bet limit is only 2.5btc, it is too low for me. I am eager to earn status points and betcoin points here.

Really? I heard one guy earned over 26btc here, and his bet limit was decreased to 0.25btc per bet. I have profits here too, I have 2.3+ btc here, but my bet limit is still 2.5btc, I hope they can increase my bet limit to 5-10btc, so that I can bet more on my favorite tennis players.

Is there any bug on your site? I noticed many times you give me less status points and betcoin points, at less get less 2-300 status points, I don't know it is a systematic bug or you deliberately give me less points,

There is no bug fox.  The 1% lossback is based on the net loss at Betcoin Sports.  Therefore if a player wins 4,000 mbtc one day and then looses 3,000 mbtc a week later or over a week, the player receives 0 lossback because the player is still net positive 1,000 mbtc.  The player still would receive Betback at the percentage which we see is accurate in your account.  

Looking at the entire history of your account, the points are correct because of your net loss at the time the points were awarded.  We have had players win 10, 20, 50, 100 btc which is fantastic, but in order to receive lossback there must be a net loss and it is based on the entire duration of your account.    

I wanted to add, you know we appreciate your valuable feedback and comments and we are here for you anytime.  Is this clear?

For a big website like betcoin this is very not proffessional. Why do you use some pictures from the old season like this? there has been lot of player changes and that image is like from 2010/2011 season. It is not hard to take another image and there is alot of them in google, all you need is to search them . This is not a big deal just I think that it is not proffessional
