Some people believe certain person are born leaders. Others think an individual can learn to be a leader.
I don't want to use the notion " quality of Good leader", but quality of a leader. Why? Because no matter how one try, the phrase GOOD can not be justified. As a leader, your actions set the tone for what is appropriate in any field you find yourself because you are a role model and many people wants to learn from you. Exhibit habit that you want the society to be, always remember the change you are looking for begins with you.
Be able to communicate effectively, a better society can only be achieved via effective communication and most important you build trust from people on how you communicate with each others.
Be humble, always acknowledge others idea,  and to grant it all be CREATIVE AND ORIGINAL.

A leader must have the quality of being a visionary. He/She must have a vision of what the group will do and the also the cause and effects of every decision they will make. A leader must also have the courage to push forward even though the decision may be very risky. Having also the cooperative quality makes the leader a good one. To see things that every member does and help in case of emergency is also a plus. Last but not the least is the humility. Great leaders are strong and decisive but also humble.

I agree with you every leader must have authority, discipline, loyalty and solidarity.
The assertiveness of a leader will create a disciplined work environment or society. So that every rule in the work environment or society will always be respected, implemented and obeyed the employees or the community.
Solidarity of leaders will eliminate the distance between a leader with his subordinates, making the community or employees comfortable to exchange thoughts or just to express an opinion.
The loyalty of a leader to a job or subordinate will give rise to the authority of a leader.
All of the above factors must be well combined, to be a good leader and competent.
