The quality of a leader is a leader itself , who people will follow him in a good way not in a bad way. A quality of a leader must have a strong character so that people in his/her country will follow his/her leadership towards the success of their nation. Must have a good sense of humor also , a leader who has this kind of trait will be love by people. A leader with a good heart will be the peoples choice in choosing a good leader.

Being an effective leader isn't easy. While leader's action may be scrutinized when things are going bad, it is their leadership qualities that shine through the worst of times. It is these qualities that employees look up to, respect and work hard for. The best leaders exhibit certain qualities that makes them successful. For me, a good leader must be a good member first. This makes him or her an efficient leader because he or she understands the feeling of his or her subordinates towards the job that he or she is asking them to do. The leader must first feel how to be a member, so that the communication and relation between his or her members remains strong.
