Integrity: According to oxford dictionary, integrity is the quality of being honest and having strong moral principles. A leader must be of good conduct, self-disciplined, goal oriented and also a good listener that can give a listening ear to his followers at all times.

I think a leader, since this person leads, must be a rile model for the people this person leads. It's not necessary for good or evil. I mean you could be a great president of a country, or a great leader of a terrorist group. What I'm saying os, good or evil this person must emulate the spirit of the group they belong to and lead by example. Next a leader, in my opinion, nourishes it's members to become better at what they do best and overcome their weaknesses. Of course if everyone is better then the whole group is better.

The qualities of a leader are numerous of which each is significantly good in a style. Being  a good or bad leader requires one principle - becoming the person others will like to follow. Without followers, there is nothing to lead. As such it requires all the means to earn the interest of others to follow. I think the best quality of a leader is he or she is also a good follower. It is imperative for a leader to listen to his or her subordinates thoughts and ideas. Communication is the best foundation of a good group, with it success is inevitable. That is why it is really good for a leader to be good in communication as well.

According to my point of view leaders are not bone they are made. To become a leader he or she must have to develop a set of leadership qualities. A good leader should be a role model and make his team solid. Superiors in a quality office should also have a unique aura, which can motivate workers. If you want to know what kind of leader qualities the team needs:

1. Decisive in Making Decisions
If anyone wants to be a good leader, they should not be unstable in making good decisions for the team or organization. They should also be able to consider all the factors or risks that will occur before deciding to take the decision.

2. Should Be Inspiring Others
Usually a bad boss can only ask the workers. Though a qualified leader is not only ordered subordinates, but they are able to inspire employees to do their job well.

A leader in a team is also expected to be a role model for his team members. They should not be lax in their work or lazy in taking responsibility. If the leader is lazy to do it, it will only give a bad impression to his team members.

3. Must be Smart
This is one of the main requirements to be a good leader. If leaders in a team are not smart enough, they will not be able to make the right decisions for their team. They should also be smart to think and decide what needs to be done in different situations.

4. Want to Listen to Others
A qualified leader should be able to encourage his team members to speak. If a leader fails to listen to his or her employees' opinions, then his thinking is too narrow and they may miss a good solution or idea given by the team members. When team leaders listen to ideas from their team members, members will feel appreciated that their views are also taken into account.

5. Must Could Handle Emergency Situations
A good team leader must be able to handle the emergency situation well. If there is a crisis, they should remain calm and also help their team members to deal with it. If panic, then the leader will not be able to make his team calm. So, the team leader must keep the peace, act quickly but neatly, and help the team out of the crisis.

Agreeing with Thread Starter's opinion, being a leader is not easy, there are many things we must learn, always being humble to listen to the opinions of good people that opinion becomes your opposition, always positive thinking, being the best for friends you and your work, learning to set the time on-time because being a leader is always a concern of your friends then you should not be arrogant, many people are lulled when a leader in a company, my advice to avoid the ugly nature of learning to mingle with circle or class below you, then you will get many opinions that will build much your nature and leadership.
