Some people believe certain person are born leaders. Others think an individual can learn to be a leader.
I don't want to use the notion " quality of Good leader", but quality of a leader. Why? Because no matter how one try, the phrase GOOD can not be justified. As a leader, your actions set the tone for what is appropriate in any field you find yourself because you are a role model and many people wants to learn from you. Exhibit habit that you want the society to be, always remember the change you are looking for begins with you.
Be able to communicate effectively, a better society can only be achieved via effective communication and most important you build trust from people on how you communicate with each others.
Be humble, always acknowledge others idea,  and to grant it all be CREATIVE AND ORIGINAL.

Yes, your right their are individuals who are born superiority, just like I remember the theory of Alfred Adler theraphy.they just want to became a rule model a leaders.

A good leader uses compassion to perceive the needs of those they leads and to decide a course of action that is of greatest benefit to the person and the team.

Hitler was a charismatic leader. So is rev. Jim jones. Being charismatic is a trait of a good leader but it's always the case. You may lead your underlings to disaster by just being charismatic without having other good qualities. People will be looking up at you so you have to be sound in your decisions and in everything you do

To be a good leader, you must know how to live life as a follower. A good leader should know how to put themselves in the shoes of others. Motivating a follower is an effective way for them to feel that you appreciate them. Learn how to accept mistakes and to accept teachings. To be a good leader, you must keep humbleness as an attitude.
