This seems like the reason why ETC is currently outperforming the bulk of the altcoins.

Callisto will probably be around the $7-10 mark because of the rise from the bottom that ETC's had. Once the airdrop occurs I think that at least some ETC holders will dump their coins straightaway since they've already got the airdrop coins, leading to a correction.

So essentially, since callisto depends on how much ETC you have, once its airdrop occurs its value will be taken out of the actual ETC.

ETC, in the mean time could get to $30 if hype for callisto continues.

I think those exchanges that will list Callisto will do everything automatically, i think however ill just move the ETC to a paper wallet.

This is a good marketing move for ETC. They do not compete directly with ETH at this time. They make a mixed pool and through it realize the growth of a coin.
My forecast is ETC 110-130 $ by the spring.

I think it is a good idea to hold Ethereum Classiv for several weeks until the snapshot. But make sure to sell out before the snapshot will happen. Because I think it will dump after snapshot.

Either way, it will dump because most of the members are getting those token for free so almost all people will dump the coins. No one is giving exact answers to us which wallets are they supporting in order to get the Airdrop.

We can remember situation with IGNIS airdrop for NXT holders: price growed x3 (10k+ satoshis) and right after time of airdrop gone, price fell down to 3300 satoshis.
I think we will see the same situation with ETC too.

Ethereum Classic price is not pumped like most of the coins. Its competitors Ethereum, Neo and all similar coins are increased last month, now its ETC's turn and Callisto airdrop will be the reason behind this. It may decrease just after the fork, we have to watch closely.
