I think you met yourself participating in scam bounties, because you did not do the necessary finding before participating in such. You were once a newbie, but now a Jr. Member. I am sure you would have learnt better ways of getting good and legit bounties.

Guys it is high time you all wise up and engage in campaigns that are worth it. don't just partake in any bounty campaign just because it is on this forum. Find out the campaigns that are run by credible members of this forum such as Lauda, btcltcdigger and other credible members in this forum. I really don't understand why some folks in here would participate in a bounty campaign whereby the bounty manager has neg. tag. You come back here later and start complaining of wasting your time. Please do your research before partaking in any bounty campaign. This should help y'all

What to do before you enter scam bounty or after? Wink After you cannot do anything. All you can to do is to study project before participating in it, that will reduce the risks significantly.

I am a newbie just trying to grow on this platform. Within a week of participating in altcoin bounties, 2 bounties I participated in have been reported as Scammers. I get a lot of reads on my articles and Social media pages. I cannot keep encouraging people to invest in these altcoins if they would eventually get scammed. How can new bounty hunters like myself differentiate between a genuine bounty and scammers bounty?

Just Few reminders if you noticed that the team is not transparent enough or hiding their "Real Identity" or low iCO rating due to low transparency or not present on any KYC at any ICO rating agency avoid that for sure its a candidate to become a scam for sure just be vigilant. as always.

Read the White Paper,
See who are the admins and see also who the bounty manager is if it is trustworthy. See also if they are true to their projects. And what they do to make their tokens famous and have progress.

none of the Bounty participants can say for sure whether the project will be successful or not. all have their own selection criteria.

We cannot tell easily which ICO bounties are legit and reliable and which is bogus, fake and scam now that there are lots of new ICOs so one thing you just need to do is to be mindful, observant and be wiser so you can avoid being scam and you can gain more and earn more profits.

It must be hard to decide which reward activities are legal and which are scams. You can try to ask people at the forum about their views on specific reward activities you are looking for. You can try to visit the website of the project and read details, community reviews, etc.

Now people on the forum very much engaged in exposing scam projects and it is very good. Topics are constantly updated with new dishonest projects. Every day we learn more about the right selection of bounty companies, thereby increasing our own literacy. And remember - it is better to participate in 5 good projects than in shit 50.

You can't do anything for a scam bounty. If you already invest your time on scam/fake bounty all you need is to move on. So next time when you search an ICO bounty make sure that you read the important details to make sure your time spending doing task on bounty would pay off. Don't be upset and take that as a lesson that you should not just find a bounty that you feel that is already the one that pays you money. Be wise on everything and let your decisions be decided properly especially when you are a newbie on doing bounties.

It is very hard to identify, Bounty is scam or not. You should join Bounties Which are managed by good Bounty Managers with rank of Jr. rank or of Sr. member rank & should also be responsive. Look for token sale, if it can raise enough fund to pay Bounty tokens. Reading Whitepaper also guide about fake ICO Bounty. In the end you can’t be sure Bounty is 100% good or scam, always be hopeful & research before participating.

It must not  result that  demanding to spot a hoax ico, merely confirm the experts with their public profiles meticulously then decide if they look valid.

This is how I usually do. just like you. I usually make the bounty of the famous bounty has ranked legend or hero here. And before I decide to join. I went to their website to see if they had acquired a soft cap. A bounty can pay tokens to you when they have reached the softcap. That's for sure.

If you are in such a project, then the maximum that you can do is write on the forum in the section of this project about its fraud and attract high-ranking users to the action of the boycott of this project, and then, maybe you can help other users.

I guess, you can differentiate by looking how many people are wearing that specific bounty's signature and promoting it on different platforms. Plus look at their website, team, go through their LinkedIn profiles, read about ICO on different ICO sites for reviews, look into from which country bounty belong to.

Right now ICOs popularity are so high so scammers are riding on that wave of popularity. We even see ICOs who doesn't even needed in blockchaim or ICO that making blockchain worse that how much ICO popularity is. So scammer will do find ways to do a catchy baited project to make money for investor. And bounty hunters who promote it will also suffer alongside with the investor.

Right now even the most trusted Bounty Manager getting baited on it. So it so hard choose a real potential bounty even with them.
Last 2 months I promoted two a campaign with Needmoney managing it and it turn out to be a scam making them received red trust for consecutive promoting scam ICOs.
