I am a newbie just trying to grow on this platform. Within a week of participating in altcoin bounties, 2 bounties I participated in have been reported as Scammers. I get a lot of reads on my articles and Social media pages. I cannot keep encouraging people to invest in these altcoins if they would eventually get scammed. How can new bounty hunters like myself differentiate between a genuine bounty and scammers bounty?

It is hard to notice whether a bounty is genuine or scam. The best thing to do is check the bounty manager's trust. Read more. Check out the project's whitepaper. And do not go for a too good to be true bounty reward, sometimes it's a trap. And if you feel that the project is not good and maybe a scam, don't hesitate to leave. Your work will be wasted.

There are several different types of Bitcoin clients. The most secure are full nodes like Bitcoin Core, but full nodes are more resource-heavy, and they must do a lengthy initial syncing process. As a result, lightweight clients with somewhat less security are commonly used.

There are a lot of fake ICO and bounty campaigns that are in this forum , and we cannot determine it . I have been in this kind of ICO and bounty campaigns that are scams , and i loss my money investing in this kind of ICO. Now i learn that when you want to start investing in an ICO , you must make a research first , if they have the good team , good advisors and a good community to take care of their project to be successfull. And also when they have a good roadmap and interesting whitepaper.

If you are really interested on distinguishing scam bounties from legitimate, try to read and understand their project more through their whitepaper. In the whitepaper you can also see the list of their team members who are behind that particular project. Research more on their team members through google and if you found something suspicious then ask the team via their telegram group.

Nobody can nre safe from fake icos, so best advice to diversify your participation too, participate in ~10 bounties and some of projects will be good.

It will be hard for beginners to differentiate a legit and a scam ICO/project, because there are companies that have good projects that is being run by professionals in this kind of scams. It is annoying because sometimes the project that we are promoting ending up scamming people. But there are still ways for you to spot those shitty projects, my advise to you is too look for their whitepaper because most scam ICO/projects have poor writing and poor content on their whitepaper. Take a look on how huge the community that is supporting it, if only few people wants to support it better to avoid it. If the people behind it don't want to reveal themselves, more likely that they are planning to scam their investors.

Indeed. The ICO that scam is really annoying. Once we give our money it won't be refund if the team of the project already leave the group. Being a noticeable should be our habit to avoid scams.

it's really difficult to discover from the beginning fake bounties. But the main thing is to see how the manager's credibility. If he has good credibility and a good track record then most likely bounty project he will bring success. An ICO has a good, clear and perfect concept and plan but it will be useless if it is managed by the wrong person.

for you to succeed or choose the bounty that are not scams if you participate in any bounty you should participate in Trusted Managers that manage many projects and even if the project not successful they will pay the participants as the hard work, and by that you can participate a bounty campaigns that are not scammed.

I really don’t believe that there is something we can do about that. It’s all about luck and being more careful about what to invest. There are always fake projects around and it keeps increasing. All we can do is being more careful.

The scammers are getting more innovative. They don't have any issue in spending a few thousand bucks in setting up a good website, an ANN and a white-paper. So even when we are careful, there is no guarantee that we will not fall in to these traps.

Do not participate if you suspect bounty is Fake, report it on social media to block their channels/accounts.

Do not share your personal information in any Fake or Genuine bounty or airdrop, i believe your privacy has more worth than any airdrop or bounty.

Agreed. It's all about your own due diligence when it comes to bounties, especially ICO ones. The scammers are evolving with every single day, with every new ICO, with every person who falls into their trap... it's sad, but that's the truth. Of course that you can't do anything about it, crypto is the scammers paradise right now and if you think that these guys will say sorry and pay you at some point, then you're wrong. It takes them to pull out only 1 decent scam and they will have all the resources to create new and new ones. It's disappointing but it is what it is, so be careful people!

Just leave it you can't do anything about hem because they are the one who managed the Scam campaign. When I started joining here last year I experienced being scam in the campaign I joined last year and we wait for to long for the payment and they just give us a 1/4 of the exact amount of the allocation even we ask them it didn't work.

Actually, to differentiate between the genuine and scam bounties, it will be very hard. It is likely differentiating the legit ICO and scam ICO. Here, what I commonly do is by analyzing their team and wallet transaction including their presentation of their project. I will also learn their transaction on the wallet whether they are real or only transaction for some similar wallets. Just check and re-check on the community.

You can prevent joining scam ICO`s and bounties by making a research about their project ,and also by being active in their social media sites like facebook ,twitter and especially the telegram.

to see if the project is promising or fraudulent. Do not join projects that do not have a solid team and developers. And if you find something suspicious in the project, you should avoid it. I am a bounty hunter and I am studying the project

Now you do not like can not tell where good, where bad. Now 80 percent of all bad bounty.  You need to do a bounty analysis and then maybe you will get into a good bounty! To participate in the bounty from a proven Manager!

Same Problem is here. I also participate many Bounty Scheme but got scam. I got fade up from this.
You have no way to get anything. You can choose a very good gift manager, first if the rank of newbie is my manager, it is reasonable to be careful not to dodge but we must be more careful by looking at the website or social media if the date of manufacture is still 1 week then we also must be vigilant.

It's hard to be able to distinguish between the two. because the same kind of bounty campaign. And sometimes even the projects that scam made as attractive as possible. However, there are some criteria that you can jadika a benchmark. One of them, namely to achieve the softcap. Select the project with the softcap of already achieved. This will be more secure.

Determining which of them bounties are legit or scam is really a challenge for us participants. Still, there are instances that there are obvious red flags that even newbies can spot right at the beginning. Usually, if the project is too good to be true then most probably it will be a scam. There are also some who boasts that they have partnership with well known establishments or companies and even exchanges. We can always inquire with those companies if the claim of a certain project is true or not. Also, we can opt to choose to participate in a bounty managed by a well known and reputable bounty managers though it can't really be an assurance.

Recently, there are many good ICO that help you increase your profit.

STOP LETTING YOUR INVESTMENT CONTINUES TO DROP DOWN
SECRETS TO INCREASE 10 - 90 TIMES OF PROPERTY WITH PRE-SALE OF THE VERY FIRST SECURE ICO IN THE WORLD.
After suffering from a heavy losses on ICO investments and Coins trading, I have been researching a new way to increase assets multiple times by finding and buying potential ICO early in the pre-sale period, recently success was Electroneum and Latium X.
Now, I would like to share with you how to make 10 - 100 times your account through Fondo Coin Presale Secured ICO. This Secured Package will help investors to leverage 10 times the initial capital similar to the Margin of an Exchange. But don’t need to worry about becoming zero account.

1. Way to increase 10 times of the investment (80% success rate):
Currently, the pre-sale package is only $ 0.2 / FDC. If you invest $ 100 in a Secured FDC package and get the right to buy more $ 900 with the initial price $ 0.2 for the next six months ($ 1,000 in total). At the Crowdsale phase, the value going to be $ 0.4 / FDC. Depending on market potential at that time, you can sell $ 0.4 (you have $ 2,000) to take profits and pay back $ 900 unpaid for the Exchange. Thus, compared to the original $ 100 in capital, you will earn $ 1,000 as profit. 10 times increase.
