Nothing can be done. To this one must get used to and understand that in the world of crypto you can rely only on your brain and of course on luck. And you need to know that you cannot go through the crypto path without losses.

it is impossible to know in advance whether the project will be a fraud or not. many factors affect it.

it is difficult to establish what is a scam and will not but we must be more precise in choosing the bounty to be followed, many things must be learned from the platform whether or not convincing by looking at the team that handles and clear or not the project to run it all depends on the organizers if indeed from the beginning they have planned fraud then it is a scam
You are right, even ICO rating gives no guarantee that ICO is not a scam. But even if it is difficult, some smart and kind people always inform you if there is a suspicious project, you can find the information here Scam Accusations. Being stuck with a scam bounty project is a risk, almost everyone is experiencing it, so take it even harder and do not be sad.

Perceiving ico trick isn't simple. You will have more experience while encountering the trick bounty campaigns. You can think about the quantity of abundance members. or on the other hand high rank individuals are included or not

I usually check who is the bounty manager before joining an ICObounty. If the bounty manager has negative trust or a lot of negative comment on the field i definetly stay away from them. I also check the bounty thread where i can fined a scammer. Usually they put the company name and project to the community so that the crypto community will be aware of the scammers.

I am a newbie just trying to grow on this platform. Within a week of participating in altcoin bounties, 2 bounties I participated in have been reported as Scammers. I get a lot of reads on my articles and Social media pages. I cannot keep encouraging people to invest in these altcoins if they would eventually get scammed. How can new bounty hunters like myself differentiate between a genuine bounty and scammers bounty?
Well, i use to be like you. I participated in almost all Bounty i come across. Most of them is either they are scam or dont reach softcap. Most ICO dont sell good product. I mean their project sometimes does not need a blockchain. While others set their goals too high and fall out in reaching their softcap, even if the project looks good. What should you do ?As a bounty hunter you use some resources(internet, power and time) to participate in this campaigns, and you need to be able to pay your bills at the end of a period. Refrain from participating in all bounties, and spend more time doing research on projects you want to participate in. If you dont have time or dont know how to look for good project(maybe you are a newbie) you can follow great Bounty Managers and participate in their bounty campaigns, you almost safe with them.

I would recommend to spot the best bounty managers on the forum (if you are searching for bounties here of course), they are generally high rank members with alot of background, so stick with them for a while until you learn how a legit project looks like.

First, since you are newbie in bounty campaign so you have high chance to be participated in a scam. Well its a part of good experience and dont try so hard to catch those scams. These are the steps to make ourselves more choosy for the next campaign. Open up our mind to analize the legit and the scam.

I would first recommend you to gain more experience on ICOs, you have to analyze if what they request is really necessary for the project they are going to do, I also recommend you to check the team, when you have a picture of Ryan Gosling and they tell you that he is their marketing director you know that something is not right, it is also good to see what people think of that ICO, the more people analyze it the better.

Joining more of those ICO's could give you some profit though it's much better to wait for the coin listing so you don't lose much.

This is the challenges we bounty hunters faces when participating in campaigns, in fact reputation of managers is not helping matter these days and the task of bounty hunting is becoming like a gamble, in recent times there are many cases of ICOs not meeting up with the responsibility of paying their bounties and investors, this is a bad signal to the crypto world.

there is nothing you could do about face ico bounties, the only thing you could do is to avoid it. So it is better to choose carefully the bounty manager that handles the campaign. Those managers also do a research before they accept the campaign project.

It has been extremely disappointing. Online world tie has turned into a position of misdirection. Prior, just the ICO would have been trick. Presently being abundance trick. Where do individuals accept?

Hi, it is very difficult to identify which is the legit ones. You have to dig deeper in researching and proving that a certain project is bogus, but that will take a lot of your time. If you want to save time, you can search for the known crypto reviewers in youtube. Most of them already did the hardwork of reading whitepapers and proving that a certain ICO is not legit.
