I think bitcoin actually good for the environment like if we stop using paper bills lot of trees can be saved there is one point about how bitcoin can be good for the environment. At present, miners are increasingly adopting alternative sources of power for mining to limit the environmental impact of bitcoins  Like mining and other power source that produced radiation.

cryptocurrency generally requires a large amount of power so it also affects multiple environments. Currently, miners are increasingly adopting alternative resources for mining to limit the environmental impact of bitcoin. And I think mining is bad enough for the power supply available on earth, I do not really understand about science. But I think there should be restrictions on the use of mining and electricity every day. Maybe the government can find the best solution about it

In my opinion, if you think then you are completely wrong,I know Bitcoin and Altcoin work can consume a lot of power supply but so will the currency system will consume.Crypto currency is a self-employed bank so that such problems are common, for example bank work requires space, routine computer maintenance, power supply, payroll and many more costs and in the case of Crypto currency is almost less compared to the bank.

There are many people nowadays very concern about nature and the environment. They love nature more then anything nowadays now they are concern about the mining process of bitcoin and it's quite good for all of us. We see clearly the mining process of bitcoin is very costly nowadays it takes huge electricity to mine. So the nature protector comes in front not to slove but to make this situation more worse. There are many things we can do for the solution for this huge problem. One thing just hit in my mind the paper is one of the most important things and how we made paper huh? we all know the answer right we are using trees to make papers does it hamper the environment? We should find some ways to make it productive for the environment and which we can use to help our dear nature.peace.

We believe that mining is bad enough to supply electricity available on the ground; we do not really understand science. But we think that there should be restrictions on the use of mining and electric energy every day. Perhaps the government can find the best solution for this.

A lot has been said about mining and about the electricity consumption of the activities related to bitcoin mining. However, I have thought of the alternatives and how other systems produce not just energy waste, but also plenty of useless work and "human waste".

To have a network that can ensure the completeness of transactions, the global accessibility and all the features that bitcoins, and many alts, have at the moment, would probable produce a huge carbon footprint. Just think of the VISA system or the banking system... the amount of people working on it, the waste of commuting to works, the infrastructure.

Thinking of all that, would you still say Bitcoin is bad for the environment?

A good point actually, this will probably lead you in thinking more critical. As of this moment as we can see the users of bitcoin was not really affecting the electricity or such, because the users are not wasting it. The real thing that is not good in the environment was the people who uses energy, water and such more that what is needed. It is not the bitcoin but the users, bitcoin is nothing to be blame of, bitcoin only help users to generate money in legal way, so bitcoin is not a big deal. And if you love environment and you are a user you will probably helps in conservation of the environment.

Maybe yes bitcoin actually good for the environment like if we stop using paper bills lot of trees can be saved there is one point about how bitcoin can be good for the environment. Also the current banking system consumes too much electricity, I don't think that bitcoin transactions would take up that much of electricity so bitcoin can also reduce the amount of electricity used by the banking sector.

This is a great thinking that may open our minds in terms of the good qualities the bitcoin have. As we elaborate the point where in the banks uses more power, different power to be exact like man power, electricity and such, bitcoin is really more efficient rather than in banks. In banks money are stored in it while in bitcoin it is a digit that you can seen in the screens of your mabile phone or other electronic devices and just it. As well as bitcoin consumes less time in transaction and other different factors that will lead to bitcoin be more effective that banks. It is indeed help.to the environment if people uses bitcoin in transaction where us only click is needed.

Bitcoin is good for the environment. The things that affects the environment is not the bitcoin itself but the tecnology that we used to generate bitcoin. Like mining and other power source that produced radiation.

Bitcion is friendly accepted by people less of smoke no used of paper no used of plastic away from air pollution and less of energy because someone used solar power.

In order to make Bitcoin work, you need electricity, computers, and the internet. That’s it.

Fiat currency requires resources to print the money, oversight in order to make sure it is being allocated correctly, fraud services, entire organizations devoted to preventing counterfeiting, money transport services, and more.

List goes on and on, and is duplicated for every single fiat currency in existence. Bitcoin’s infrastructure needs are orders of magnitude smaller than fiat currency, and that’s just focusing on the resources to create the fiat currency itself.

There are lots of industries which consume high electricity and it seems that it could not be totally changed.Instead solar power usage should be promoted. So bitcoin only could not be targeted for high electrical consumption and blamed. If we start to avoid any new technological inventions for the reason of high electrical consumption, then we would have to go backward towards stone age.

Personally, I think that Bitcoin doesn't do anything bad for the environment. All people around world use many electricity working for windows and films.

It may also be because there is no paper Money .

Bitcoin uses energy for mining and if that energy comes from renewable energy or waste material energy then bitcoin would be best for the environment. Currently, the most efficient way to generate the highest hashes/kW are through the usage of solar energy and hydro-electric, because those are the cheapest ways to produce electricity (outside of government subsidized energy). So it is good for environment.

But if people are going to use digital money, nobody needs to pay through that bill and a single scan in the qr code or click on a terminal will automatically send your payment. The only environmental effect that it brings is the carbon oxide produced by the power company that provides mobile phones to bitcoin users. It's not too late to offer a solution to our problems as long as they we act accordingly. I have heard that some platforms are also integrated into Blockchain Technology that is looking for ways to exploit it effectively and without harming our environment.

I think bitcoin only cost the electricity resources only, beside you need buy mining tools.
So, bitcoin is not harming the environment. For me, mining gold will cost more resources than bitcoin.
Our environment will be stay good although we are mining bitcoin.

.bitcoin consumes less time in transactions and other different factors that will cause bitcoin to be more effective than banks. It does help for the environment if people use bitcoin in transactions where we just click is required

Can not the current banking system use more electricity than Bitcoin. Proof of work does not necessarily mean "wasted" electricity - important for security - but does not pretend electricity is not used. Miners are increasingly adopting alternative energy sources to exploit to limit the environmental impact of bitcoins. Like mining and other sources of energy generate radiation.
