Many but not all gamblers are claiming they gamble for fun and pass time. I was just thinking. If it is the reason why people gamble then why not play online games? There is a lot of good and challenging onlne games wherein you can interact with other people online?

There is a lot of difference between online games and gambling games.  The variety of online games is much more than gambling games but you will not get any real money on winning the online games.  However, on the other hand, gambling games are limited and you can lose or earn real money through them.

Because gambling is too far different from online gaming,in gambling we don’t need skills(though sometimes it helps)what we need is luck and what’s can get is MONEY in which very important tools to play also.so in that case I think it’s reasonable to gamble when you want to enjoy and also chance to win right?

While in Online gaming we are only to be entertained and to practice our skills and talent to win each game(but of course some of them now are being used as gambling tools also when they are betting for whom to win the game..and some gives stakes for each players to become a champion so they are basically not the same,but also have some similarities nowadays

if you are players of both, you can tell the big difference, gamblers for excitement on winning an extra cash and beating the system, they want to be the lucky guy that day something any online game cannot offer, on online games so much depends on your skill and you know what's going to happen under such circumstances, you even have a control on the situation.

There's a big difference on both, it's not about interacting with other people only, there's more than that, the feeling and the excitement of every roll that you did not know if you are going to win or lose, people like to tempt their luck and gambling is the best place to see that.

Few years ago or mayb one i cant realy remember it was possible to do both of them , playing an online game and earn on them !
I played it a lot of times and got some coins with it too. Guess it was Digibyte (DGB) that has done implemented earnings when you playing Counterstrike !
It was realy funny and nice so it was possible you can play your favorite game and at the same time you got rewarded for if won some Matches.
And also i guess there was a few more Games on the Site where it was possible to get some rewards of DGB when you played them .
But i cant remember what for other games it was , Counterstrike was one . Sadly that they got some issues with that and they deactivate it at some Stage.
Dont know if that is possible anymore or something.

I do not change your post deserve merit anyway more than 5 billion people in the world addicted to gambling and some of them are even going to hospitals for taking medicines. Gambling is not bad just the addiction to it is bad. There is a thing called impulsiveness and when you gamble you have Rapid feeling about playing it again but if you play it just like you play video games you will not be addicted to gambling. That means do not play it as an income source and just enjoy it I want to lose some money just go to a Casino and enjoy the games and do not expect to win.

Yep, online games will just for fun or some sort of competition but the real game will be in gambling which includes money.

I think that you sum it up in the first part. Why? Because everyone has their own hobbies that makes them feel sometimes a bit better, sometimes entertained, sometimes happy, sometimes excited or all the mentioned ones at times. That is a real gift, some services are free and some you have to pay money.

Either way by using your time that is time you are trading, so if paying money it's trading money and time in exchange for that. This is why it's so important to do things you really like so you can say at the end: Worth it.

Playing both gambling ang online games are both fun. The only difference is that we have a chance to win, to double our money/btc in gambling websites which makes the games more exciting, fun and satisfaction everytime you won. While online games also gives you some fun without thinking there is a money involved. With my recent bad results in gambling, I am thinking of turning my back into it and just try some online games instead
