  Healthy eating habits are very important for our health. We should build healthy eating habits. We should eat fresh vegetables and fruits everyday.They supply rich and the necessary vitamins for us. We also should eat less meat everday.And we had better drink a glass of milk in the morning or at night. Besides, we should focus on abalanced diet, which assures us the necessary nutritions. Junk food is a fatal killer for our health so that we should stay far from them.

I have a question: since last summer, I started get sick to meat, most of the meat, except fried chicked and fish, I don't know why. I'm a girl, my period is irrugular. Is it because I love spicy food and I hardly eat meat? Huh

stress is one of the reasons. some people will eat a lot when taking too much pressure, while the others might eat nothing. neither of them are healthy,..,,,

poor eating habits can lead to illness. for example if we often eat fatty foods then we will be exposed to cholesterol. from now on keep the food we eat, because many diseases caused by food. healthy living and keeping a diet is a way of avoiding illness. bad diet is not good for health, especially we often late to eat then we will get stomach acid disease.
eating has a lot to do with your stomach and your health. A lot of people fall ill because of bad eating habits. for example, Gastric cancer is one of them.

When eating, I have to sit in front of the TV with my bowl. My eyes are fixed on the screen, my mouth is chewing mechanically, and the chopsticks are stuffed with food. If things go on like this, it will cause gastrointestinal diseases. Eating and watching TV also reduces the communication with my parents...I'm trying to rid this habit now!

for me, I love eating meat and hate fruit and vegetables. Now I'm shorter but fatter than my peers Embarrassed my partents tried to help, but still, I love meat. What am I gonna do??? in addition, I can easily catch cold since my immune system is weaker....

This morning for breakfast before I got to work I realized a have a bad habit when it comes for eating-  I like to add salt and pepper to many things.
Over the weekend I had galbi and oi naengguk which is ribs from pork and cucumber salad.  Both is tasty but I still had to ass salt with pepper.

I hardly eat breakfast.
I know it hurts the stomach. but usually I eat much the night before, resulting in waking up in the morning without being hungry at all. If I did eat something in the morning, I'll feel sick. If I didn't, I get starved before noon and then eat a lot in lunch, quite a contrast between breakfast and lunch~

My bad eating habits may be excessive dieting.

I eat a lot of fast food.
I have a work now and I live far away from my family. busy at work, it's impossible to cook by myself, so I buy fast food frequently to save time. Fast food can cause nutritional imbalance and it has bad impact on our stomach. I can feel that I'm getting fatter and fatter. right now Embarrassed I'm going to the gym to exercise to avoid obesity.

Eating sugar. Sugar is everywhere my man. Just look any ingredients list. Ketchup, bread, chips.. anything that might not be addictive on itself when combined with sugar becomes more addictive, more tasty. And trying to balance out sugars is hard. You'll just need mindful about stuff you eat.
