Breakfast:
Egg whites on wheat toast with shredded cheese on top. No seasonings at all. Cashews on the side. Nonfat Greek yogurt on the side. Water.
that is really healthy without Egg yellow , i also have this but without cheese because that makes the food less of a healthy .
Lunch:
Grilled chicken salad. Your choice of dressing. Please treat it like laundry detergent and don't use so much when you don't have to! Dressing is what makes salad go from healthy to unhealthy, so use it sparingly for the light taste only. Eat with water.
instead of instant dressing ,why not use your own or create own dressing mate? so you can find what is healthy and best for you.
Dinner:
Some sort of red meat, sautéed vegetables (be good with seasonings, oil, etc. Try to sauté veggies as plain as possible for maximum health benefit. Mashed potatoes. Eat with water.
This is just what I would do on a perfect day where I can decide what I wanna eat. I'm a person that likes routine, so if I could have it my way, I'd eat this every day forever.
i don't saute veggies instead half boiled or steamed and i only use virgin olive oil to dress and small amount of soysauce and lime .
