Regarding pre-IPVO shares, do you want emails regarding them now or would you prefer us to wait until the dust has settled from this BTCT stuff?
Not sure what you mean, all Pre-IPVO shares were rendered earlier today. EDIT: I see your name in the Angel Round list, please provide your details to Danny, who will relay them to me after verification. Done. Thanks.

Any updates? At the moment it really doesn't look like the IPVO is going to sell out, on bitfunder no shares were bought at the IPVO price in the last 24h...

The buyers wait for the transfered shares from BTCT - probably some will sell below IPVO price.

The instant gratification mentality that is prevalent in the btc securities market is unsustainable and is unrealistic. This isn't some fly by the seat of your pants mining operation. This is a slow moving collosus, the likes of which no one has ever seen before in this sector.
This company is moving forward and money will be raised regardless of if you want pitch in your lunch money or not. Danny has mentioned several times that he wanted to give the btc community a chance at raising the btc for this ipvo before he released it to the VC hounds.
It looks like the minimum amount of funds have been raised anyways.

I am stood waiting for my luggage in the Amsterdam Airport, once I get to my hotel, I will be answering any questions that I have missed and catching up with my emails.
I have polished my presentation whilst flying and really looking forward to spending the next few days surrounded by Bitcoiners.

So how will this VC engage business with NeoBee? Did they buy private shares? will they buy from IPVO remnants? Maybe they will issue additional private shares? Or fund through other means?
Not sure I understand!

Danny it would be a good move if you provide a link to your presentation once this is delivered in the Amsterdam meeting.

How is that a good or bad move? The presentation sheets won't have any information you don't get from the prospectus or this thread. Or do you mean it's nice to have the information compressed in a big lettered and shiny .ppt so people with an attention span of 3 minutes can grasp the buiseness idea? Than i would agree

I receive daily calls from VC's and I can sell any remaining stake to them if required to do so following the IPVO.

Good luck with your presentation. I've invested some BTC in your IPO via BitFunder yesterday.

No VCs please.
Aren't we all VCs? We are investing our capital into the start up of this venture.

I'll be in Amsterdam too, for the conference, if anybody has any tech questions related to secure shareholder registries.

I mean no big VCs who would snap big packages of shares. Priority should be given to individual bitcoiners in the community.

The company needs money, if one source isn't going to give it to them, they will go elsewhere. Take a shit or get off the pot.

Well, that's exactly what's been done. You could have bought PRE-IPO and now you can buy IPO level, before those VC types get a go at it. Wake up before posting please.
