This basically means that you will get ~117% of your investment back in dividend before the other 40% that you own will get any dividend.

No it isn't a typo. This is a very long term venture, so waiting an extra period of time to fulfill this requirement is not of any concern to myself, whilst providing an additional benefit to investors, helping towards obtaining the required funds to start-up exactly how we initially planned.

Yes. Note that you can pretty much monitor this by watching the issued count of XBOND. It decreases as people redeem. 218,813 NEOBEE shares have been claimed so far.

Also note that if there are a handful of XBOND holders that hold the majority of the bonds, and they choose NOT to redeem them for this offering, then it may not sell out due to the sheer logistics of it.

In the event this round does not sell out, the remaining shares in this round have already been committed to private buyers.

Either way, we still have a few days to watch it unfold
