How do you plan abiding to the maximum of 5000€ overseas transactions AND permit bitcoin withdrawals? Won't someone be able to deposit 100000€ and then send the bitcoins wherever he wants? More generally, how will the goverment be okay with you offering such a simple entry-point for bitcoin's pseudo-anonymous features?
The fact that most people won't do bitcoin direct transactions, since they aren't tech-savvy enough, is certainly true but isn't a solution to the problem IMHO - the goverment won't like for this loophole to be there.
Because to operate any account they will be subjected to AML/KYC and all reporting procedures that "everyone" is subjected too. €5000 from existing Cypriot Monetary Financial Institutions overseas is currently implemented, until the Troika meeting in September when it shall be reviewed. The paper money we accept won't leave Cyprus, the 1's and 0's representing those Euro notes are accounted for elsewhere in the world (Currently subject of an NDA so apologies that I cannot provide more specific details). By design we have zero exposure to the existing Banking infrastructure here in Cyprus. Irregardless of the above points http://www.ft.com/intl/cms/s/0/4cd86244-2039-11e3-b8c6-00144feab7de.html#axzz2fMgzKJN9THE DREADED NDA

Once a transaction has 6 confirmations, it is extremely unlikely that an attacker without at least 50% of the network's computation power would be able to reverse it.

well, that was quick so, if I understand correctly, you're saying that it would be okay for current Cyprus' law for someone to deposit 6000€ in your bank, and immediately after send the bitcoins to someone in another country, as long as the cash notes actually remain in Cyprus?

Yes because "Money" isn't moving in the eyes of the Central Bank from a Cypriot MFI to an overseas location.

Couple of things: - Danny Brewster prepared the prospectus. Is that his legal name?
- Who did the market research for the survey in the prospectus?
- No resume material on any of the other people including Danny. How do we find these people?

Yes my name is Danny and not Daniel, I have provided all the required documents to Ukyo to confirm my identity and TAT has had confirmations from our strategic partners that I am who I claim to be and have the existing partnerships in place. I performed the market research but other statistical surveys in relation to the public perception of the traditional banks has been provided within the thread. What do you want to know about me? My address is included on the holding companies website, it is also a registered address with companies house in the UK. The office address is included in the thread and the head office shall become our permanent location as of Monday when we take delivery.

What brought you to Cyprus?
My daughter and my family. The island is beautiful, the people are great and the sun is always shining, so I am never leaving for more than 2 weeks ever again (unless business requirements dictate otherwise)!

The government doesn't like cash either. They'll find some way to regulate but until they do, why not profit?

My daughter and my family. The island is beautiful, the people are great and the sun is always shining, so I am never leaving for more than 2 weeks ever again (unless business requirements dictate otherwise)! this. this level of transparency, the communication.. has spoiled me to the quality of asset I will invest with in the future. In this cryptic world of identity escrows and unregulated securities, an open channel of honest communication is refreshing. With a person. Not a persona. Others would not have even fielded this question. Asset issuers in the future, heed this. This is the new standard; we will not accept less. -Green

why are people placing bids above the IPO price???
Because such bids will be filled first (or so I understand) That's correct, but mainly because they are retards. or this: So if you expect the IPVO to sell out, you should ensure that you are either among the first to bid at the IPVO price or place a bid at a (small) premium.
630k+ bids on Bitfunder, 250k+ on BTCTC, tomorrow 8 mil shares will be released, I guess there are plenty to go around, no need to start pumping so soon, but yes, higher bids take priority...

It appears as though only a little over 1 million or so shares out of 8 million are currently being pre-bid, any guesses out there as to how long it will take to sell out?

whats the minimum they need to raise in the IPO? 9500 BTC including the private round of 1.1m shares and the XBOND offering by the end of November.

Also depends on how you define "start". Bidding has started, essentially.
