Wait a minute, people who bid more than 0.003 actually pay their bidding price?

Why not? If you're bidding for such a high price even though there are 8 million shares and you know there is not that much demand, well you deserve paying high.

If people are willing to pay high for no reason at IPO what company would turn down free cash?

Which goes back to my point earlier, why anyone is paying above IPO price at this point in time is beyond my comprehension.

Absolutely.

I don't understand! Why?

Someone on BF bought 100 shares at 0.05, he could've bought 1666 with those 5 bitcoins...

Why that bidder would do that is unknown, but they definitely would pay that price.

I think the bitcoin security market is just too small for an IPO like this. I'm sure a lot of people would be interested if they had a clue this was available.

There should be some marketing somehow directed towards getting more people to participate in the IPO.

Those who payed more than .003 were most likely afraid, that they won't get shares at IPO price. So they took a gamble an bid more.
0.05.... idk i'd call it a donation Wink

Do we have some fudsters?

I really think this will sell out until november, it is quite a long time and we have big players like TAT invested.
Think how many big bitcoin holders that really want bitcoin to succed is going to fund this. They have probably not seen this IPO yet because they are at the beach enjoying the summer and their wealth.

We need to spread the word people because this is only good for bitcoin!

Not a FUDster, but this was a mammoth sized IPO. It was never going to be a quick flip for anyone. I think that as we see the massive collapse of these faux mining securities (happening at this very moment), we'll see more investment in operations like this one, where transparency is there and it operates more like a legitimate business.

The IPO will eventually sell out, it just won't be today or tomorrow. I think most holders are genuine long term holders looking to make a fortune off of the potential of this stock.

Signs of significant progress over the next month and a half wouldn't hurt sales either.

I see this as a long term investment. but im a tad confused about this statement.

The global income of LMB Holdings, including operating profits from all LMB Holdings subsidiaries, will be paid to the LMB Holdings shareholders proportionally, after all operating, growth and miscellaneous expenses are deducted. The 9,600,000 public shares will receive the first dividends up to the value of 0.0035BTC/share, providing public investors a priority in receiving a minimum of 100% return on their investment. Dividend payments will be made on the last working day of each quarter at midnight (GMT+2).

Does that mean they wont pay out more than .0035btc dividends? Sorry for the newb question, but Im going to invest so I would like to get all my questions answered..

If this venture works out, wont the value of bitcoin rise dramatically?

After fulfilling the 0.0035BTC/share promise to investors, future dividends will be divided among 100% of the shares, instead of just the 9.6M public shares.

Is there anybody know, how many shares bought to be regarded as a successful IPO?
Is there any time limit for it?
