How many shares sold so far?
Around 7 million. Where do you see that? TAT can give the correct numbers. Meanwhile: BitFunder, 5 mil issued, 1,865,916 available. BTCTC: 6 mil issued, 2128376 available. Havelock: 500000 issued, 281254 available. Did I got this wrong?

Yeah they didn't issue that many shares on each one Yap, I was doing the math in my head and it didn't seemed right, that gives a total of 11.5 mil shares and there were issued 9.6 public shares, right? Edit: Ok, this: 1,865,916 + 2128376 + 281254 - 9 600 000 = 5 324 454 shares sold.

I love the idea of a Bitcoin Bank, but I have some reservations.
1. The team is not final. Success of a startup company depends on the team more than the idea. Several key positions are not filled which means we have no idea how to evaluate if the team is good at execution or not.
2. Projections and plans are over optimistic. Software development hasn't even begun. Good luck getting software developed for banking within 3-4 months. You plan to commence renovations on the second branch BEFORE the first branch has been tested and processes have been tweaked out. The overall plan seems that it is based on having no failures on the way. It calls for scaling before testing.
3. Marketing. Please please talk with someone who understands performance based marketing. Big agencies sell you on GRPs and the % of population you will reach - because thats where they make money. You don't want to reach 85% of the population once. You want to reach 20% of the population 10 times. Ask yourself what is better: persuading 100% of the people 10% of the way, or persuading 10% of the people 100% of the way.
Before you even begin advertising - you want to hire a PR agency and get free press. Free radio interviews. Free articles in newspapers and magazines. Only after that do you want to hire an ad agency.
I love your ideas about direct mail and airline presence.
Hate the idea about piggy bank teaser campaign. There have been very very few teaser campaigns that have succeeded. Seriously name one teaser campaign that was successful. Teaser campaigns have a very high failure rate because people just don't have that long of an attention span. If you want to wow people, just hold a conference and burn some fiat.
(I know a bit about marketing. Feel free to PM me if you want to refine your marketing plans, but expect a few tough questions.)
4. And finally, there is lack of information on what I believe will be your main source of income: pegged accounts. How will you minimize risk if bitcoins start decreasing in value? How will you prevent mass bank withdrawals if bad news arise? A bad month or a bad rumour can wipe 12 months of profits out. Without knowing that you are capable of handling extreme situations, investment seems risky.

Thanks for your input; 1. All of the positions with the exception of two are filled, those other two will be filled within 14 days of my return from Amsterdam, we are just waiting for notice periods to be completed with existing employers before we make those announcements. 2. The software development has begun, All the dates in the timeline started from September, so the software development start was included in that month, to demonstrate it would/had been started. We are only opening with 2 branches in the capital Nicosia to enable us to test before scaling around the other densely populated areas of the island. The first branch will have a soft opening in January to ensure that any process and real-time issues are resolved before the opening of the second branch. 3. We have the only mass media specialist on the island working in connection with ourselves, our media campaigns are drawn across a 6 month period (Before we launch and following our initial launch). Everything is results orientated and not based on reach alone. We have already begun the process with the trade magazines and newspapers, I was speaking with the Financial Mirror last night at an event, I have a meeting planned with the editor upon my return from Amsterdam. 24 hours prior I was speaking with the founder of StockWatch whom is now in love with Bitcoin, I too have meetings planned with them upon my return from Amsterdam because we are holding a conference at the University of Nicosia. Telia & Pavla BBDO have a specialist PR division within. The most successful advertising campaign ever in Cyprus, was the Lidl launch teaser campaign. Different markets respond to things differently. I too love the idea of the airlines presence, Cyprus attracts vast amounts of visitors from around the world so it only makes sense to ensure these people know what Neo and Bee offer, whilst also providing an introduction to Bitcoin. 4. Because of our model, withdrawals during a downturn in the price reduces our liabilities, we are not operating on a fractional reserve basis. We do have other income revenue streams that will be online either before we launch or very shortly after launch. I will only provide information to the investors when we can determine realistic targets for each stream of revenue. There are many contributing factors to these offerings, using insurance as an example, our only viable option is to use a carrier because we are not big enough to offer our own direct insurance products. The different carrier options we have available are all very different in what they can offer and the variables in the contracts between ourselves and each carrier all differ. I will never provide misinformation to anyone, so when we have things determined closer to fact, only then will it be made public knowledge.

Roughly until now
~ 1.1m private & XBOND ~ 1.83m in Bitfunder ~ 2.1m in BTC ~ 0.3m in Havelock
-TOTAL 5.33m * 0.003 * $123 = approx. $2 million.
Not bad within 1 day from the IPO date!!!

Why are people constantly putting up incorrect numbers? As of this post, 475,472 shares have been sold on BTC 1,277,788 shares have been sold on Bitfunder 225,925 shares have been sold on Havelock for a total of 1,979,185 shares sold

These are the ASK volumes at the current IPO issue price of 0.003.
So the company can sell them and raise the $2m, am I missing something?

They might sell as much but reality as of now is $730.000 not $2mil. Lots of things may or may not happen. As of now people bought $730.000 worth of shares in this IPO.

wisard +1, all really good points.
I like to add few. If you have followed, what is happening in BTC world, quarterly financial reports will not work here. Please change the contract to "once a month". Especially, because you guys start out with a loss for a while. PL/CF and balance sheet will do the trick. It is also extremely important, you publish your balance sheet right after the IPVO is completed or at the end of September, which ever arrives first. Can you do that?

I see this as a long term investment. but im a tad confused about this statement.
The global income of LMB Holdings, including operating profits from all LMB Holdings subsidiaries, will be paid to the LMB Holdings shareholders proportionally, after all operating, growth and miscellaneous expenses are deducted. The 9,600,000 public shares will receive the first dividends up to the value of 0.0035BTC/share, providing public investors a priority in receiving a minimum of 100% return on their investment. Dividend payments will be made on the last working day of each quarter at midnight (GMT+2).
Does that mean they wont pay out more than .0035btc dividends? Sorry for the newb question, but Im going to invest so I would like to get all my questions answered..
After fulfilling the 0.0035BTC/share promise to investors, future dividends will be divided among 100% of the shares, instead of just the 9.6M public shares. Do we have any estimation when that may happen (the first dividends payment)? Eg the first quarter of 2014? So it would be foolish for me not to wait the first payment?
