The company probably still owns much more than .002 per share (though I'd really like to know) and late BTC prices make their planned expenses much lower.
That would be quite irrational - unless the plan was to sell quickly after IPO.

Many people bought at 0.0025 Pre-IPVO PLUS many more bought dumped shares due to the BTCT/BF issues. So at 0.003 they have a good profit to make, even x2...
