Well actually, this is highly relevant to this thread seeing (at least according to the reddit post) this new service is partnering with ZipZap. I guess this is the final evidence that NeoBee will not be doing that, as previously thought (if this already has been disproved earlier in the thread, I apologize).
https://twitter.com/ZipZapInc/status/430483219704578048 Though this is not a definitive evidence the deal is still there, they said they have partner s. No need to apologize anyway.

I was thinking about that ZipZap deal today, because we don't have an official statement from company about this. And only reasonable explanation for me is, that since NeoBee doesn't have exclusivity with them, but has an active deal with them... so... ZipZap has also deals with buybitcoin.sg and own cashcoin.zipzapinc.com besides our easycoin.com and maybe much more other companies, we don't know, its their business.
So when clients walk into the ZipZap store, they will have a choice from which service provider they want buy bitcoins? They say : "I want to buy bitcoins from cashcoin", or buybitcoin, or easycoin ... if this speculation is true, its very important to be first. But we are last in this, because cashcoin and buybitcoin are functional and running and easycoin not.
Whatever, like Danny said "pie is big for everyone" , we maybe lost this battle, but NeoBee is negotiating with other big merchants ( i hope! ). Because i see this "localbitcoin style" dealership one of the biggest future contributor to our dividends.

No, the "locked" shares were simply unlocked, as they were unsuccessful purchase attempts that needed to be cleared.

sorry for the naive question but where can i find out information on the progress on the IPO?
I have read the description on havelock which indicates the schedule.
Really i just want to know how many have sold in total and how many are to be sold at .003 in the future total.
www.lmb-holdings.com if you login you can see shares left https://twitter.com/BtcDanny there are 2732024 of Shares available, out of which 196910 are locked. out of 9,600,000 from IPO there is now 3125422 shares available.

No, the "locked" shares were simply unlocked, as they were unsuccessful purchase attempts that needed to be cleared. If there were 2732024 Shares available, and 196910 locked, then that's still only 2928934 total after unlocking. Where on god's green earth did 3125422 come from?

It's likely a summing error due to not clearing the tickets properly. The tech team has been notified to sort it out.
I'll have some updates tomorrow.

Thank you for attending to the error. I realize the system has been a little bit buggy and that you even disclaim this on the site: The Buy Shares feature and display totals are not fully displayed currently.
A Buy order locks the shares, making them temporarily unavailable for purchase. If the order goes unfunded (the buyer never sends the coin payment), then they are released again.
We are working on optimizing the process and how it displays, so for the time being, please note that the Shares Remaining total may be inaccurate.
There are still shares available for sale. But it's been up for a while and it's still doesn't seem to be giving accurate information. I hope it can be fixed soon. For a company that plans to open a full-fledged exchange website (Neo X-Change) this sort of bugginess on the investor website doesn't exactly inspire confidence...

This kind of thing wreaks of unprofessionalism and reminds me of AMC's "IPO" hopefully you guys can sort it out so shareholders can watch this number go down slowly leading up to the 24th of feb

IPVO End Date AnnouncementCurrently, one can purchase NEOBEE shares directly from LMB Holdings at 0.003 bitcoins each. However, on February 23, 2014, any remaining unsold NEOBEE shares at LMB-holdings.com will be taken off the market, bringing the original IPVO to a definitive end. Shares will remain tradable at HavelockInvestments.com at market prices. Transfer services will remain available between LMB-holdings.com and HavelockInvestments.com by emailing tat.investments@gmail.com and paying any applicable fees. We will provide another update that will detail what will happen to any unsold shares, how dividends are affected, and under what conditions shares may be made available for sale in the future. Future share releases would be under a new class of shares, and would not include the 0.0035btc of priority payments of dividends that the current shares have. We do not have any current plans to re-release the unsold shares. Any offerings will be announced at least 30 days in advance. Please feel free to ask questions here, and we'll try to make sure everything pertinent is addressed in the update.

Good,
The reasoning for leaving the unsold IPVO shares up which will receive .0035 dividends/share was lost on me.
The closer we get to the dividend release, it disproportionately skews the risk/rewards to the latecomers. "Oh they're opening next week for certain? Ok I'll buy some shares now".
I know you guys need to raise money, but it was starting to leave a bad taste in my mouth since it's the people who invested the money back in September that helped you to get where you are today, not the ones who invested right before dividend release.
That's from an investors prospective, but from Neo's prospective, it sounds like just as bad of an idea as well. Someone lends you 30 btc, then you pay them back 35 btc within a few months AND they retain the shares.
Perhaps our funds havn't been used yet and Neo is just stockpiling reserves to be able to administer services on opening. However, Danny has said that they have already been doing business behind the scenes since at least Dec/Nov.

I can't wait to see some deliverables.
I think NB's image took a bit of a hit with the Bitfunder disaster. I certainly have a diminished view as a result of it, but hopefully I will be surprised come next month.

I don't know if they are, I asked this back then last year in this thread and the answer was the only business they did was university deal... nothing more.

If you are going to buy and hold - LMB: if you plan on trading in and out of your holding - Havelock.

How are things going with the big merchant partnership? Could you give us some insight into your future plans regarding this (what areas will be covered initially, expansion plans etc.). All things point towards the partnership with ZipZap going down the drain. If it did, what happened?
