Is it better to own shares through LMB holdings or through Havelock?
If you are going to buy and hold - LMB: if you plan on trading in and out of your holding - Havelock. May I ask what makes you say this? Are the shares different somehow? the only difference is how easy/fast you can sell them Havelock is an exchange LMB is not Thanks.

How about an update on the amount of payments done by Cyprus University in Bitcoins, since they started accepting them 2 months ago.....?

Please feel free to ask questions here, and we'll try to make sure everything pertinent is addressed in the update.
How are things going with the big merchant partnership? Could you give us some insight into your future plans regarding this (what areas will be covered initially, expansion plans etc.). All things point towards the partnership with ZipZap going down the drain. If it did, what happened? Things are progressing well with merchants (big and small) with additional merchants expressing interest and signing up for our services. That partnership is still in place, we are also working with another PSP that will open the platform to many more countries. How about an update on the amount of payments done by Cyprus University in Bitcoins, since they started accepting them 2 months ago.....?

Data protection covers the rights of individuals, not the right to disclose 'yes we have done many/hundreds/thousands of euros/transactions'.

Do you honestly expect many people signing up for classes with XBT at this point? Be realistic.

The university is the "individual" in this instance.

Any sensible investor would assume UNic have sold precisely one course place for bitcoin. It's all about price discovery. That's why exchanges exist - so people can buy and sell NEOBEE on a free market, the naked lunch be damned.

does this investor protection plan apply when I don't buy the shares at LMB Holdings but on the open market at Havelock Investments?
Any shares you purchase between now and when divs are released (no matter which site you purchased them from) will receive dividends. With the exception of 1 caveat: If you purchase shares from a new offering then those will not receive dividends until the .0035XBT/share is paid off to the older block of shares sold previously.. So, if the block of shares is withdrawn on the 24th of Feb, then in Mar, a new block is offered to raise more money, those shares will not get any dividends until the .0035XBT /share is paid off to the older block of shares sold previously.

Glad to hear things are coming along so quickly.
If I may offer a suggestion, with that Liverpool advert, the black rectangular background of neo stands out quite strongly against the lighter background. Have you thought of rounding off the edges or having an oval shape to match the styling of the letters for cases like this?
