but 300% ? its steal ... sick ... its not good that IPVO investors from bitcointalk didn't know about this, until now thanks to some rumor on reddit
whatever, what should I expect, right? ... only in Bitcoinland
so message for "to the moon guys" from one week ago : millions of shares were sold with 0.001 price tag, so act accordingly.
looking forward for some official update
bitcoin.newsfeed, I agree with stenkross. I think this is normal (especially if we are talking about a small sum of shares, enough to get the IPO procedure started). As a shareholder, though, I would like to learn the details about it .

Doesn't matter, we get 0.0035 in dividends before they start getting any, plus I'm pretty sure they cannot trade their shares for long time.

There was a round at 0.001 for 600k shares, this was prior to the original prospectus being written. I had an idea that had been developed in my own head and I had made some important contacts, I was also somewhat unknown in the community. The risks for these people were beyond huge, I only made them available to test the water with all intentions of choosing a different route to funding if it was a failure but they sold out in less than 12 hours and thus Neo & Bee was born.

I was a part of the 0.001 round, the BTC price was roughly $120/BTC at the time. This equates to roughly $0.12 per share at 0.001 and $0.36 per share at 0.003. I assume this was due to the uncertainty of the response NeoBee would receive from the Bitcoin community. This would *almost* ensure they would receive atleast a few hundred thousand dollars in funding. Hope this clarifies things a little. Also this was for 600k shares.

It would be nice to get a regular update once a month or whatever. It doesn't have to be detailed, but just a general update and progress report.

Some are desperately trying to dump the price bellow 0.003 - people are buying the low asks continuously and despite of that some are selling and selling bellow the current market price. The current situation reminds me of the trolls and dumpers who managed to dump the price bellow 0.002 few months ago and managed to keep it there quite some time. I'm quite sure they got more then 6x return because of that and they are doing it again.
Edit: They managed to drop it to 0.00301

Yep, unfortunately many of the investors here seem to be from the ADD-generation and get jumpy if there isn't a constant flow of 'news' or updates. The spread between significant support and resistance on the order book is from .003 to .0056 respectively, which suggests there will be some volatility one way or the other -- but whether the trolls profit significantly short-term is debatable since such a broad spread means its difficult to liquidate substantial profits. So, the trolls (with all their doom and gloom) are actually investing over a longer period than the nervy adherents from whom they buy. Such is the strange world of BTC securities investment.

Yeah, something like this. Otherwise its a quite disrespectful to investors if you remain quiet. The regular updates will help to keep this thread clean. For those who are interested only about share price > share price is not very important in this stage, it could go to zero easily if company is unable to establish on market... the opening got goxxed hard, no news article in mayor world media whatsoever. Last post on twitter about #Whoisneo is 9days old and it says : "Bitcoin Bank Flexcoin Shuts Down After $620,000 Heist http://gizmodo.com/bitcoin-bank-flexcoin-shuts-down-after-620-000-heist-1535960407 … good luck #whoisneo" < not very good attitude from Cypriot resident. Also I just remembered about some promised huge multi-pages article in TIME(or where?) which was scheduled after new year. You was talking about this a lot in the past. Its March and Nothing. And EasyCoin project seems to be dead. Last message is from January 26

^The last official update was less then two weeks ago: https://www.lmb-holdings.com/news/february-26th-2014/. No one is expecting updates each two days. Once a month is more then regular, but in the bitcoin world where everything changes very fast two weeks feels like two months.

Last Update 5 weeks ago Neo EasyCoin Neo EasyCoin is nearing the completion of beta testing. We are waiting for some locations to go online with different payment service providers. We are also working with other payment service providers in Europe to enable Neo EasyCoin to service additional European countries. Neo EasyCoin will provide service to the United States once we are in possession of a written clarification from FinCEN regarding our business model. Our lawyers are working on this daily. While we are confident in our plan, we also want to ensure long-term stability.
