I mentioned at our latest Bitcoin Startups meetup in Berlin that I was at the opening. They took me of-guard and asked me for a speech about it: Here it is. Yes, I know some info is not 100% accurate but when you're improvising you literally have no time to fact-check. Enjoy! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vftVNjLJ2O8

It is heavily based on the BTC price, if you don't beleive in BTC, then you should sell NeoBee too. I see it as essentially a double down on bitcoin.
It's far more then a double down on btc - They essentially have raised 10mm USD in btc, and spend maybe 1mm so far. The rest they are keeping in BTC, and essentially, they borrow Euros from the public, paying no interest, and "buy" bitcoins with the money they borrow. I'm not sure they actually need to buy any btc yet as they have a ton left potentially from their IPO. They are EXTREMELY levered to BTC in their model though, since they hold the fiat balances flat, adjusting the coin balance up and down.

24/7 bitcoin buying and selling with cash. Great. ...Neo customers will have the ability to execute the purchase and sale of bitcoins at an additional 41 locations spread throughout the island of Cyprus 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Keep up the good work guys. Very happy that I am invested in this company. Do not even care that I own some shares that I purchased at .006.... No doubt in my mind that it will be higher one day.

Ummmm. Wat. First of all, the prospectus doesn't state this. Second of all, there aren't even 200 countries in the world.

That depends on who is counting, is the Vatican a country, is Kosovo a country? Usually the correct answer to how many countries are there is around 200.

Oh, I stand corrected. It does say that. I ctrl-F'ed a version I printed as a PDF for "200", and for some reason that page is blank in my copy. Still, the question remains, how do you end up with 200 countries? I think even being fully inclusive you only get to about 196.

Ask a Scot or a Welshman which country they live in; neither Scotland nor Wales (or NI or England) are technically countries but all of their inhabitants would claim they were, with separate cultures and identities. So, you are hitting 200 before you start with independent territories such as Puerto Rico, Bermuda etc and semi-autonomous regions like HK and Macau. But if we are nit-picking this 'factoid' then next stop punctuation.
