only words ... but nice words thekekk, thank you for link ! Not very friendly or positive attitude from CySEC, they are crucial regards obtaining proper licensing for NEOBEE "Since it is classified as a currency or other securities SEC can not give permission to companies to make derivatives with bitcoin. The Commission is premature to place. Nevertheless we have issued some warnings for investors to know what risks exist from trade and investment to the bitcoin. There are parallel, large fluctuations in trade bitcoin and this is a risk. For example was $ 1,000 and at some time the value fell to 400, when someone suddenly lost a lot of money. We are also concerned that the problem may exist with respect to money laundering. For example, if someone goes to a bitcoin exchange and give a black bag with euro and get bitcoin and then buy cars in another country, no one knows where the money came. Anonymity is a big issue regarding the bitcoin."

Since the grand opening, has any money been deposited in NeoBee through personal accounts? In business accounts? Is bitcoin being sold/bought? In Cyprus? In 199 other countries?
If not, are there other revenue streams enabling Neo & Bee to keep the lights on? I enjoy reading PDFs as much as the next guy, but I'm pretty sure those aren't big moneymakers.

@NotLambchop
Neo could tell you they've made ton of profits from depositors but you'd still find a fault with that so...
It's all about location, location, location at the moment. Neo's in a great place right now.

Does NeoBee produce balance sheets like any other normally functioning corporation? I like the prospectus and all, but I want to know about the financial condition of the company...

When this questions will be answered with numbers the price of neobee shares won't be 0.0040ish. You are wellcome to buy at that time but right now share holders are the one taking risk with early invstments. I'm sure there will be plenty of investment oportunities with neobee once those q will be answered. I do appriciate your realistic view though.

bla bla with and no facts 10 days user I have asked questions. Questions, as every child knows, don't need to contain facts facts. Questions seek answers. Answers which you do not have or are not willing to accept. Now stop posting gibberish. thx. since your 10 days member I won't even discuss with you. I will just tell you I already bought 1k worth of btc from Cyprus My account was registered on the third of January. On top of not understanding what a question is, you also can't math. Now that's a fact The "I bought 1k BTC from Cyprus" is a curious statement. How, exactly, have you obtained the coin? Keep the fact then "I bough 1k euro worth of BTC from neo"

If there were parliamentary hearings on bitcoin this morning (or yesterday), then of course today's news programs would be reporting on that.

Best would be to start a new modded thread and link to this one as historic reference, for those who want to check how things progressed.

I'm also interested, and a response from NEO_PR would be great, along with some specifics on the POS terminals. Is it/would it be possible to use them to exchange Euro<->Bitcoin? Are there any potential legal difficulties for the merchants such as AML regulations? Are there current plans to use the POS terminals as Euro/BTC exchange mechanism?
