Any idea yet what the collateral for a Twist node is going to be? Based on the 200m max number, my guess would be 100,000 to 500,00 coins.

Do we have confirmation from the team that there will be nodes?

nodes are mentioned in the whitepaper: http://twist.network/files/whitepaper.pdf

Will the toolbar in the future be integrated in the wallet? This seems the most natural thing to me, so as not to have to have too many open programs on the desktop.

It seems to me that the cost of the masternode will be 1kk Twist coins, not less.

I do not think that the master node function is necessary.
VPS generally has a high degree of difficulty.
It is necessary to get the backbone of the company or to develop the community more than that.

the next thing is web wallet where you will have toolbox implemented as well. This will be easier cz it will bypass the issue of having separate OS wallets and will also be easier for the mobile users.

Twist nodes will be an integral part of the Twist network but they are not a priority at the moment. Now the focus is to build strong foundations for the project. Next big thing is Web Wallet.

Is there a major announcement coming up this week about Twist? I've been hodling for a while now and the sudden volume rise is tempting.

Its only that more and more people are realizing what a great project Twist is. There are developments ongoing but not as such to be relased next week,

or it could be some news which we are not aware of, yet
we have already seen huge buy orders and so much jump in price, while there is no new news around

i am feeling worry while i am really happy that my bag doubled today
hope it goes on current way, but keeps all informed about everything
With so low prices in compared to its actual potential and wide spread order sheet on exchange we do not need any big news to 2x or 3x the price. Even a single person who realizes the Twist potential can clear the order book till 1000 sats without any worry cz in long term Twist is way more valuable.

Regarding News- Currently the team is developing on web wallet (June end) and release of a custom block explorer for Twist specific data (May end).

I think the active topic is more effective.
I think the bigger exchanger is more effective.
I think the development of the Telegram group is more effective than the Discord Channel.
I think it's inefficient to reward for Facebook, Twitter, Reddit and Medium Campaigns ...

you are thinkin bout a lot of stuff dont you ?

Yes it is in the Whitepaper, which is a rare one, a lot of technical information is present, unlike most whitepapers that are just fluff. The collateral of a node has not been decided yet, I also expect the same average, maybe 300k. It will be exciting to see web wallet work soon, can't wait.

TWIST now has events on CoinMarketCal!

Hi guys, we've added events on CoinMarketCal to signify the release of the Web Wallet and integrated Toolbox by the end of this quarter, and the release of a block explorer at the end of this month which will allow users to view TWIST specific data on the blockchain (i.e. TWIST ID registrations etc).

If you can, feel free to head over to CoinMarketCal and mark the announcements as 'Real' for TWIST. This will attract both attention to the project and mark us as 'hot' event.

Sometimes the transactions on exchanges can take a long time to show up... might just have to give it more time.

It is great to see events coming up on the calendar with regards to promoting TWIST, it's a good start. It's also good to see that progress is being made on the web wallet!

There are no masternodes available for this coin at this stage, it's all POS so get staking!

I have tried to send a few times coins to Stock Exchange but even though they disappear from the wallet they don't show up in Blockexplorer and of course they don't arrive in Stock Exchange. Nor the transaction is appearing in blockexplorer. The first time I have sent 1000 TWIST, so not a joke. Which could be the cause?
For the first time in this topic i hear about such an issue. It is not a known problem. People say that coins arrive to the exchange very fast. Maybe dev could help to you.

Network weight was over 50 million at one point yesterday, which is maybe a new record and now it's over 40 million.

50 million?! Why did I never saw it over 10 million? Was it an exception or is it a frequently so high?

it seems its your wallet problem, try this
- go to debug window
- enter this command:
Code:
repairwallet
- wait for that to finish, and try again

if this doesn't worked, try backup your wallet once, and re-sync your wallet, that will surely solve any problem on your side.
