I've just send the following e-mail to Bitmime CH. I don't believe they will turn me info back, because the previous letter that I wrote month ago is still non answered. Anyway in Monday ill check the authorities in order to see how they can assist me in this. I hate myself that I vote trust to Bitmime CH.
Order #4753 was placed on January 13, 2014 and is currently processing.

I wait patiently the time that you describe and nothing happened - its April 2014 and you still send me nothing, even not replay on my letters.

The money that I send you are not amount that not make sense for me, because I have three kids and was really hard to split so many things and to make payment to you awaiting that you will send me the product that you described. So be sure that I didn't make gift for you sending you those money. If you think on this way...

If I don't have any answer from you in the next 48 hours I plan to make appeal in the competent institutions, that I've bean cheated from your company. Appeal will be also and against your partner 50btc, because for me this was the main reason to trust you, cause I had trust on 50btc.

The orders from March week 2 are being delivered from the last week of April / begin May. There were more buyers who asked this, and posted the expectation of the delivery. You can spend money to trial Bitmine, but you agreed with the Customer Protection Plan, so if its not the 71th day after expected delivery you can't do anything. They will do the best they can to deliver, but the delays are still about almost 2 months i quess. Good luck if you are going to trial...

What you mean with 71 day from delivery term? I was thought its 71 days from the paymant date? Anyway I send them the following letter I don't believe they will ever respond to it. You say "customer protection plan" I can't see and i dont have information that I am in some plan like this. I wrote letter in April where I kindly ask do everything is ok till now I don't have response. The sad truth for me is that this company is nothing more than cheat organisation and I really don't believe that ill have any Coincraft for them, also I think that the only way to get my money back will be needed to speak with lawyers in Monday and to take the needed actions.

You have the right for a refund after 71 days after the degreed delivery date, witch is in your case March Week 2. So monday 10 march + 10 days late delivery = 20 march. From 20 march the Customer Protection Plan is active. After 61 days from 20 march you can ask the refund. So in your case from about 19/20 may i quess. Till then they have the right to deliver your miner(s).

You have the right for a refund after 71 days after the degreed delivery date, witch is in your case March Week 2. So monday 10 march + 10 days late delivery = 20 march. From 20 march the Customer Protection Plan is active. After 61 days from 20 march you can ask the refund. So in your case from about 19/20 may i quess. Till then they have the right to deliver your miner(s). why do everyone repeat that you have the right for refund after 71 days? thats clearly a bogus from bitmine who were bending their tos to giorgios reality. i repeat myself... Ok enough now. i have marked the important parts in giorgios post above. Giorgio wrote that refunds can be asked on the 71th day of delay. Excerpt from the TOS: http://bitmine.ch/?page_id=10014.5.1 Shipment can be late up to a maximum of 10 days from the agreed shipment date. 4.5.2 For each subsequent 10 days of late shipment, we will add for free 10% more hashing power to your order. 4.5.3 After the 61st day of late shipment, you have the right to request a full refund and we will pay you an additional penalty of 10% of the initial order amount, including shipping fees. is anybody able to see the error? No? either the maximum cpp of 50% is wrong or the 71th day for refund. This will clear things up: Day 10 = 0% compensation Day 20 = 10% compensation Day 30 = 20% compensation Day 40 = 30% compensation Day 50 = 40% compensation Day 60 = 50% compensation Day 70 = 60% compensation so the logic behind that is inconsistent. after the 61th day you are eligible to ask for refund not the 71th day or the maximum cpp of 50% is wrong and it should be 60%. It seems to me that giorgio is bending the truth to match his own reality. I really hope that i am wrong with my assumption.

All right, let us know the answer from Bitmine. I wrote them March 10, 2014 with question do everything is ok, and what they expected. Also do they plan any delays. Answer still not come to me. If there is answer now it will be something as: we had not enough power supplys; the soldering paste was bad, we resolder units now; and lots of bla blahs, with only one value - to cover awful marketing and to win some time in wich other "customers" to be lied. In short - words with no value. Every customer pre paid his unit and did calculation what will be the hardware value of the unit in the time of delievery. Not 71 days after that. So I was ok, to prepay some GHashs in this conditions. After 71 days the same Gh are not the same power that I prepaid for. I know that for anyone will be hard alone to trail Bitmine, but what about cooperative trail against them? Everyone who think he can be involved in this can write his opinion.

The 10 day clause relates to CPP, so it is 61 days and they have already confirmed this in writing to me. We will see if the doorstop arrives or refund:D
