Update: BITMINE have fulfilled the word and just send me the number will track my shipment.

My purchase passes completed and processed to give me compensation unit.

'll Post when I get the results.

thanks

Your order N is "Order #29xx was placed on November 23, 2013 and is currently processing."

My order N is #2442 November 6, 2013. I have no information on my email. I wrote Bitmine but no reply. This is an example of how they follow their own rules. Nothing more to say Angry

The mine and headed home, the only thing I say is that I have lately insisted much, I sent many emails, the usual mom who does not cry.

I know this has probably been discussed loads of times before in the thread but it is now buried.  I know the CPP starts ten days after your delivery is late.  My rig pre-order was supposed to be delivered in the fourth week of March.  So is it ten normal days after it's late the CPP starts being calculated or ten business days.  Also if it was supposed to be delivered in the fourth week of march when do you start counting the ten days?  The Saturday of the fourth week of march, the Sunday or the Monday of the following week.  Also it's 10% every ten days or did they actually mean every ten working days?  I feel Bitmine played on the mistranslation on purpose to gain extra customers.  Like my pre order stated March Fourth week which in English means the week of March the 4th.  Not the fourth week of March.

March fourth week is the fourth week of march. The count seems to start on saturday. It's not working days, it's 7 days per week.

So for a pre-order due in the fourth week of March the first 10% of the CPP is due on April the 18th then 20% due on April the 28th?  While I could file for a refund at the end of May if not already shipped?

If someone wants to buy my two coindesks 800 GHs, they are for sale at ricardo.ch:

http://www.ricardo.ch/kaufen/computer-und-netzwerk/sonstiges/bitcoin-miner-coindesk-800gh-mit-zubehoer/v/an733930060/

http://www.ricardo.ch/kaufen/computer-und-netzwerk/sonstiges/bitcoin-miner-coindesk-800gh-mit-zubehoer/v/an733930846/

I think it's the best price per GH ratio at ricardo.

I accept/prefer BTC. Devices have to be picked up in St.Gallen (Switzerland), no delivery.

As a present I will give a large fan and an ammeter (shows how much energy the device needs) for every coindesk device.
(I have two fans and two meters waiting.)

Hi Bitmine,

Was the motherboard of the Rigs already received, have you been able to build one yet, how are the test results on heat management, noise levels, CCP?

All the parts on stock, anything else blocking? I'm curious when you know more about the rate the machines can be build and shipped...

Today I called them, because on last friday I got a mail saying that my miner would be shipped till tuesday. But what happened? Nothing!
Today they told me that at the moment hashing boards are missing. Maybe they will continue producing tomorrow, but it would be more likely that I will get the confirmation mail on monday.

My Order:
#31**
placed on November 26, 2013
400 Gh/s with cpp 600 Gh/s

I have to say that the support staff was very polite and I hadn't to wait long in the waiting loop.

I understand that CoinCraft Rig production status is one of the main concern right now. While I would like to be more specific I cannot give you an exact date where production will start but we currently estimate CoinCraft Rig production to start next week.

Please understand that to run a company like bitmine means having to cope with unexpected setbacks like the one we had to face today: for some reason we still don't understand swiss customs hold some parts we needed to assembly the units for orders of today and tomorrow. This issue postpones the delivery for some 1-2 days, all customers whose orders have been hit by this setback have been contacted individually and a new delivery date has been given and the reason explained. We expect to communicate more frequently problems like these to our customers, as we understand communication plays a key role and customers don't like to be kept in the dark about what's happening about their orders.

This problem doesn't impact directly Rig production (as production was anyway set to start next week, when all parts are being delivered to us) but it makes me impossible for now to give you an exact date when Rig production will start. I will give you a more detailed report of Rig production not as late as monday, and hopefully I will also be able to communicate an exact date when production will start.

What I can advise to customers waiting for CoinCraft Rigs orders whose orders begin with 2xxx or 3xxx, if they can't wait any longer, is to contact our customer support team to ask them to change their orders from CoinCraft Rigs to CoinCraft Desk and hopefully their new orders should be delivered within 10-15 days, while I have to ask customers with orders 4xxx to hold on, as their order are still being covered by the Customer Protection Plan.

For any personal request, please contact our customer support team and you should receive an answer to your inquiry within 48 business hours. Thank you!
Blah Blah Blah.
Seriously I can´t stand the sh*t you are promising anymore. You are worse than any politician and you are lying as well.

Till today you haven´t even tried to explain what exactly led to the delays.

But it´s too late anyways - you ruined everyone who invested (early) by messing up everything imaginable.

How should the preferred delivery of petamine could NOT HAVE AFFECTED the delivery to everyone else?
PLEASE EXPLAIN - separate production line? that´s laughable if you don´t even have all parts.

You stole 6 weeks of mining revenue and you will be sued - also you deliberately violated the CPP.
Your competitors sell the same mining device for half the price - and you couldn´t get PSUs for several weeks??

You are the main reason for this disaster.

I have to say that the support staff was very polite and I hadn't to wait long in the waiting loop.

of course they are polite. It's part of the scam to keep people down and keep the money as long as possible and do as much profit as possible.

I stopped being polite:

Screw you bitmine. Screw you Giorgio.

I can't believe there are still people thinking Bitmine never intended this.

EVERYTHING BITMINE TOLD SO FAR IS A LIE ONE BIG LIE!

Remember this news guys?

Quote
January and later batches should NOT be affected by the delay because our production capability is enough to recover the delays.
http://bitmine.ch/?p=4192

or this?
Quote
We are speeding up the production as much as possible in order to reduce the delays and shoot a video of a fully populated CoinCraft Rig unit as soon as possible.

Further updates will be posted once available, we are currently expecting the first rigs to be shipped in about 2-3 weeks from now.
http://bitmine.ch/?p=5404

Or this DELETED News by this damn scam?

Quote
while Februrary and later orders shouldn't be affected and should be shipped as scheudelted.

Are you guys really that blind?

Really...?

Yes they started production on january 30th for petamine only!

This thread is full of all kind of comments, maybe understandably, but just cool down a bit... They deliver as fast as they can. There has been obvisouly many obstacles in production and too optimistic schedules (afterall this is new tech & new company). Also customers such as me have been too optimistic with delivey expectations - greed makes many quite blind for risks Wink Afterall I knew very well that this was a risky investment. Now I take this just a hobby. If you can't wait Im quite sure they will refund after agreed time frame (Im not affiliated - just customer), at least they have done so for many who have asked refund. However I see mining quite nice, so decided to take machines and Im happy with those.

I received my order about a week ago which was #220X from mid oct. Below is the pic of two Desks hashing steady 1TH per unit. I added two extra fans for both, so temp stays steady 44C. Turbo mode needs obvisouly improvements, hopefully new firmware will help with it. Still waiting for CPP unit. It coming later and it's maybe fair to send CPP units a bit later that people can receive their actual orders faster. Just my two cents.

Shipping out miners doesn´t protect them from being scammers.
It was their single biggest selling proposition to deliver IN TIME and they screwed up so poorly; couldn´t even deliver in twice the time scheduled.

Now you have two expensive, loud and over-heated machines that will not be profitable for the next months/years to come (very likely never again).

Look at the BTC <-> USD exchange rate - we are in a 4 months lasting downtrend. If the next support level at ~380$ cracks - we are likely seeing levels of $200 or less.

I don´t´even want to know their profit margin - because it is huge for sure. Bitmain/Antminer can deliver better quality for half the price and apparently even helped them to fix their ridiculous miner design.

The business model of taking orders and money/btc upfront for something that is not yet produced is a piss poor way to conduct business and just begging for governments to come in and lay the smack down. Develop your fucking product first and then sell it. That is the way that business should be and has been conducted for 99.99% of products.

If you do not have starting capital then go fucking raise it from investors instead of customers.

Idiots.

Jump you fuckers! | The thing about smart motherfuckers is they sound like crazy motherfuckers to dumb motherfuckers. | My sig space for rent for 0.01 btc per week.

I'm earning more BTC waiting for my refund than the miner would have made me!

I have a feeling that some of these companies are going find out that there is no legal definition for an investomer, and it could get ugly.  If the suit against BF Labs gets class certification it's going to get interesting and fun over the next few months!
