I have 237 in the queue if they do 20-30 units per day, then I would have to get a miner after 8-12 days from the start of production. But for more than 70 days delay.
I think they are doing no more than 2-3 units per day.

What they talk about is the desk of the ring that will rid best to ask the money back, the position I have 549 and I'm afraid I'll get the money before the machine.

They did everything they are doing now to all avalon clones customers on 2013. Hell.. they even started selling these before they could deliver batch#1 of avalon clones.

Loads of warnings were posted on their topic.. even on this one. Go back to check it. Everyone just seemed to choose to ignore those warnings and accusations and just gave them the money.

So.. now what do you expect? You guys have exactly what you paid for.. you just don't want to admit it. Every problem you guys face now was well known before you bought the pre-orders.

Don't get me mistaken. I do believe they will give you your machines...

My advice? Keep buying pre-orders... that'll show them!!

hi,  there is no doubt that bitmine has a plan, and they are keeping us busy with "all the waiting" while they are making a move.

Maybe waiting for some anti bitcoin law from the swiss government in order to be impossible to do their job.

I think they are doing no more than 2-3 units per day.

AMT also claimed to be doing 15-20 per day last week, probably outta the same facility.

More then "drug" you may need some serious treatment mate!  Grin

No offence but come on "giorgiotheclown" is the most childish pseudonym I ever heard! How old are you? 11, 12? A little boy frustrated against BITMINE because you spent all you BTC on a pre-order and still waiting?

Try to do something more constructive with your life instead of spending all your days insulting who's behind BITMINE. At least, Giorgio tried and will succeed!

And you know this how?

So i thought we would have an official news on bitmine.ch this week as Giorgio said previously.

Nothing yet.

So here is back my form to list disappointed people (feel free to ask me for it for further legal action)

https://docs.google.com/forms/d/1uyeWpvncTZwI7QDW2hTwLoOXhWMmHBOr9N0gzgZycbs

As a Swiss citizen, i'am looking for other orders placed from Switzerland to regroup.
No need to say that I am in shame with the practices of this "Swiss" venture.

As a project manager, there is no word to describe my feeling about Bitmine.ch

Also this might help for EU citizen

http://europa.eu/youreurope/citizens/shopping/online-shopping/faq/index_en.htm

It seems you'll be covered by the european laws about this sad situation.

This is from their news page http://bitmine.ch/?p=4192

Quote
As of now, the January and later batches should NOT be affected by the delay because our production capability is enough to recover the delays.

my orders was "delivery last week february"

They promised on news page that those would not be affected. But still they are...

It's a rubbish because he assumed steady growth (near two times a month) for over a year.

Returning to the topic, there are three updates at http://bitmine.ch/?page_id=25.
One of them announces "refreshed range" of the devices "in very short time".

Okay, Ladies, a lot has been written here.

But there are things I really don't get.

If I would like to buy a car, I'd do my due diligence. This includes to get information about the company which sells the car or which intends to sell the car. Furthermore, I'd get some information about the market. And frankly: For the money I spent for the Bitmine-Rigs is as much as I would have to pay for a car. So I DID do my DD. And I _did know_ that there is a risk that Bitmine may be late in delivery. That does not come as a surprise.

I also see that this is a small company. And everybody who ever was working in a business which is developing fast does know that small companies may fail.

So yes: I am disappointed that my rigs haven't been sent out yet. And I am not surprised that this is the case. And I am not surprised that they did things wrong and try to get out of the mess by not telling everything along the line of truthfulness. So what? We all could have known, we all SHOULD have known. But greed very often leads to blindness. And a lot of you people who are writing here angrily seem to be also angry about the fact that your greed was bigger than your common sense.

When I ordered with Bitmine, I was fully aware about past failures of the company. And so I also ordered with other companies. And guess what: Only few delivered in time.

And all the talk about ROI: I am a firm believer in Bitcoins. I'm convinced that their value will rise in the future. So who can really tell me what the future proceedings will be? That is reading tea leaves...

Oh, and especially to "Giorgio the Clown": Yeah, I am sure you will now call me names, will tell me that this is my first post and therefore I'm not aloud to write something which differs from your opinion, you probably will invite me to come to Bern, will tell me that I am a fanboy - no worries. You can find me in the 3 Eidgenossen, in the Pyri, in the Quick bar, in the Reithalle. So what? What exactly is your point by inviting people to meet you? You want to beat the shit out of everybody who doesn't share your opinion? Well, so your behavior isn't so far away from that of the SVP-politicians. Good to know...
