Is anyone going to make a thread for "Bitmine list of orders - December delivery", like the excellent thread AFox did?
I have created one: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=364155.0

"although 95% of all deliveries will commence between December 3rd and December 17th. "

I guess they will mine with our hardware until the 17th

What happened to the "Reservation Queue"? Did anyone get notified that their reservation queue order was due for payment or did Bitmine just simply cancel it?

OK. But from that newsletter:
Quote
If you are one of the affected users, you will receive an e-mail giving you the opportunity to upgrade to the pre-order queue or abandon your reservation.

I had a Order: #109x. I was NOT contacted to upgrade to the pre-order queue. Is this how Bitmine treats potential customers?

They cancelled it because one of these reasons:
1. All non paid reservation will be deleted after 5 days. (They answered that per mail)
2. As the reservation queue was full, they begun to cancel randomly reservations.
3. They said "some" mail gone lost, to inform Customers that the reservation will be deleted.
4. They simply dont hold the promises they made.

No mails about deleted reservation queue, no infos about miners and chips, that have to been deliveret next week...

They are collectin cash and make business avalon style.

So im not so angry, that my reservation its gone. It only shows how they make business.

It seems the reservation queue could have been handled better.
But I disagree about their mail behaviour. They have answered each of my mails and lately it appears they have increased their staff, because the answers are much quicker than before.
Overall it looks like new companies tend to do make the same mistakes that others have done before them...
...they could've learned so much from BFL...

Did pay and order for last week of January in time.

I nothing happened until I wrote an E-Mail. The answer was:
"Thank you for your purchase, our bank has confirmed the payment.
Your goods will be ready for shipment the first week of February."

so 1 week delay already. I was like wtf?

A few days ago I wrote them again, because my Order status still processing and I still didn't get any official Mail for my order so I mailed them again
This time the resown:

"Dear Sir,
Your goods shall be ready for shipping the Second week of February,
Unfortunately is not possible to tell you now the exact day of the shipment."

So whats wrong over there? Thats already 1/2 month delay maybe even more, who knows. And all that 2 months before the possible shipping.
My order status is still processing. Shouldn't be on confirmed now?

Already disappointed by Bitmine. So sad this world is full of dishonest people.

They would better hire some additional staff to write whats going on, on the Official Thread. Nobody knows if this miners/chips arrive this month or what a delay they have...

Last Update is 10 Days ago. Chips has to been arrived last week of November, Miners have to go out in 7 Days...
And nobody knows if they have the chips.

I would love to have a update from bitmine. But since then, it seems that they want do win time, to take more orders (and delete reservations). And maybe when all batches ar full, they say, its all delayed.
Or something Yiufu- Style Smiley

Im happy to see, that the things arent going so. But if there is silence, everybody makes his own Idea.

Your kidding me?

3 (official) Weeks of delay and no mentioning here or somwere else?
When u got this mail?

My reservation was also for Dez. delivery. Now im Happy to get rid of it. 3 Weeks will half the profit, and not sure thy deliver after this 3 Weeks.

Bur still the question:
They have the Chips. If not, 3 weeks will be the beginning.
"2 more weeks" is patented by BFL
"customs" by Avalon
"silence" by Bitmine

From Customer Protection PLan:

1) Shipment can be late up to a maximum of 10 days from the agreed shipment date.
2) For each subsequent 10 days of late shipping, we will add for free 10% more hashing power to your order as penalty.
So i hope u guys get a compesantion for the late delivery..

And guys, they will be ready to ship in 3 weeks. But you know how it works, beeing ready doesent mean they ship. Packaging, holidays etc.
Hope Bitmine can bring some light in the dark...
