Since there are lot of ICO campaign are available and most of them are Scams, I suggest you to do your own research about crypto projects before investing your money

Transactions must be included in a block to be properly completed. When you send a transaction, it is broadcast to miners. Miners can then optionally include it in their next blocks. Miners will be more inclined to include your transaction if it has a higher transaction fee.

Please tell me how to known a scam ICO to protect myself
BTW now i should buy ICO coin or buy coin on exchange?
Thank so much
You will have to develop your own system since some people have different standards for some things, for example I do not like icos that give bonuses, I know that many people in the forum love the bonuses but in my opinion this is nothing more than a way to try to make people to invest without checking the ico completely, not only that to me that seems like an attempt to get money as fast as possible which is a bad thing because it makes it seem as if the developers only care about the money.

Look at the team always, it figures and the ICO mirror. If they are good-naturedly in contact with investors and are happy to share their plans, then a good ICO.

its really hard to tell if an ico is scam or not, so you should base on ico rating or other things like their seeing their public profile, etc.
by doing this, you can lessen the possiblity to be a victim of scam.

great. This is also a method that we need to test to get the ico scam exclusion result. In fact, the ico scam problem is very difficult to determine. Beyond knowledge, experience. It also needs many other factors. Intuition, sensation is also a way to limit the risk for each person's property.

I'm looking if there is any product is developed. If there is no product and only the idea I do not invest in such altcoins/ICOs. I've invested in Revain before (yeah it was really good when it jumped to 3 $!!!) and now I found a new project where CEO from Revain is Chief advisor. The project name is FuturesCoin: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=4661230.0;topicseen
I will look if they will follow their roadmap and make operable version of their product. If not, then I won't recommend them

It is sounds too good to be true, minimum risk good profit, team can't be found nowhere, whitepaper copied from different ico, self moderated topic, newbie accounts and many more things.
Sometimes is hard to spot it.

How to know the scam ico sometimes vary. You can read the whitepaper, see the purpose of the project. See the team from the project, whether it's a real team or not. See the enthusiasm of the community against the ico project. You can also see in icobench rating about ico project.

I have the same opinion about the discussed above, and it is necessary to pay attention first to the team of the project, their experience or may be earlier products, and after that learn in detail the other things about the project - idea and the  new product itself.

It is not something difficult to do, just cheeck the last patterns from other scams icos and you will see that they all are always doing exactly the same, airdrops, the same bounty managers, and the same stuff only that copy pasted.

if I think the way to identify the ICO is right and wrong, we must first observe whether the white paper is regular or not, because the best thing we can do to know if ICO is a scammer is to look at their profile and read correctly their full details and also see if they have good feedback from their clients or investors in this business.

The simple trick if that ICO will be a succes or not.
First you must know how it project work, partner, softcap and hardcap too.
And dont forget to read a whitepaper and if tou think that is great to invest.
So there you are.

it really is very difficult to know ico scam maybe with a little experience and knowledge will minimize trapped ico scam, to my knowledge choose ico high volume and select the recommended by our team that allows no scam.

The ICO is scam if their white paper is just like very common and it looks like a copy paste from google and also the developer or the team is not transparent it is like only a fake identity. you really need to read the whote paper and make sure do more research . and sometimes the bounty campaign manager who is promoting the project should also be considered  in checking if thw project is real. check if the manager is legendary and well known as a good bounty manager and has lots of ico.project promoted.

How to classify projects that have received investments, but in fact, their work has stopped there, they do not develop much. Is it a scam?

To figure out in the early stage that the ICO is scam is by knowing how big is the community of that ico in telegram, facebook and twitter, and if they are active answering the questions of all possible investors. Whitepaper is the second thing but sometimes it is deceiving if can not notice that the whitepaper is just simply copied from other so I always check the telegram community and the activities.

If they stopped after ICO maybe there wasn't project at all. Did they return money to investors? If they didn't than they were scam from day one.
Another thing is they really can collect money, build project and project might fail, in that case it is not scam. It is just - they failed. It is risk investors are taking while investing in projects.
