I believe that with this facility that technology offers us has no reason to establish an opening time and a closing time for market. I love that all shifts of the day move and are exciting and filled  with oppurtunity.. but I've started to form sleep deprivation due to checking my phone, or dreaming about trading and wake up in a panic.. When I'm starting to focus with my trades, I'm not letting every single seconds even I'm in my job to check out on what's happening with my coins. But I figured it out that being a day trader is stressful that's why even the market of crypto is open 24/7 I'm just letting all the hopes to the coins that I'm holding and praying that it will be up someday again.

Yes that’s true. Market for sure does not sleep. Cryptocurrency market does not sleep, it is always open and you can buy and sell at anytime wish, no matter what. Though I don’t really know how forex trading sites works. I once heard that forex trading sites has a closing time and an opening time, depending on the company’s location, but I don’t know. Sure, it can be crazy sleeping and waking up the next morning to see the market you are holding is down and you could have gotten out in the best time, but all the same, there is always a good side and bad side to everything.

anyways in my own views i think it is also dependable because there were  some markets that actually sleeps. Every Stock Market have their fixed operating hours.  But there are many stock markets around the world, not only in USA, but also in Europe or Asia - they are working in different time zones. For example, if stock market in USA are closed at the moment, stock markets in Europe or Asia are working.

The markets you described above are centralised stock markets.
They do have fixed time and weekends for their time of operation. Those markets are different from the crypto markets. Crypto markets are fully decentralised which does not make them go offline anytime due to the global markets. Peoples globally trade on the markets to buy or sell their cryptos which keeps the markets alive for 24/7 and on any day.

These are two different markets and i would suggest you to first go the the defination of crypto markets to get what it actually is. Stock markets are completely different from the markets here. You can check various exchanges for cryptos working always without any such gap.

There is no market that doesn’t sleep, whether online or offline, the regular market you go to for your grocery shopping they do close once it’s 6:00pm or so, it’s online markets that stays up 24 hours but that doesn’t mean they don’t take a break, cause they don’t work through out the week, they only work from Monday to Friday, and Saturdays and Sundays they don’t work.
