According to my understanding, facebook policies prohibit cryptocurrency to protect people from fraudulent investments, and also facebook make a resolution to learn about bitcoin and cryptocurrency.

i created a thread here about 2 days ago on this topic "will bounty come to an end". Could this be a way bounties will come an end? If Facebook prohibits ico and other related cryptocurrency, what then happens to these ICOs and bounty hunters?

I think they only prohibit paid advertising, probably because of the many ico frauds, they do not want to be held liable in case the advertised coins turn out to be fraudulent.

Facebook's user base is very large, and the above prohibition of information about Bitcoin is also to avoid people being deceived. After all, cryptocurrency investment is risky. Let me say that ico does have a scam, so be cautious. Otherwise the facebook platform will have a bad influence.

Face book said they do not want to encourage fraud and scam as they believe that most of the ICOs are scam. So fortunately the banning of the adverts on face book by all and sundry icos. Now only genuine ico will dare go to face book for advert.

I read this news some where few days ago that Facebook was forced by the FBI to ban cryptos from their platform. Otherwise it would be foolish of FB to ban something that is upcoming and happening in the current generation.

yeah it is true. Mark Zuckerberg the founder or owner of the cacebook says that the cryptocurrency ads will be more in the facebook. also, the Projects or the iCO's . and after a few days I eheard aknow news that the faceoom will create owned cryptocurrency for the facebook. I think it would be q great idea even though they npt allowed the cryptocurrency but still they support the cryptocurrency using create an iwned cryptocurrency.

Many speculation from different experts arise in the community regarding Facebook's motion to banned Crypto Currency in their network. Their reason is to avoid people getting scammed by this opportunistic people that aimed to gather money and take information from the users. But other say that owner of FB wants his own coin, that's why they block advertisement anything about crypto

Facebook will no longer accept ads that promote financial products and services that are frequently associated with deceiving promotional practices however the decision is not permanent yet and facebook will have to revisit it's rules. My opinion for facebook's statement is that not all cryptocurrencies are deceptive but maybe there were some but in general, there are a lot of good potential altcoins including bitcoin which had proved to world to be true and had achieved greater heights in terms of it's price value and faster transaction services.

Because they believe that Facebook prohibits bitcoin and ICos and other cryptocurrency The new Facebook policy will not allow announcements of known digital currency exchanges or initial offers of currencies. Is it to avoid fraud or false advertising? That's why?
i really didn't know about this before
