ETH will probably hit 2000$ at the end of the year, agree that ETH and BTC are reliable coins, because now ETH is on the rise only because the price of ETH is also quite high after BTC prices. most people assume that BTC will be replaced by ETH. |

In 2018 there will be new great projects with new crypto giants. But personally I would suggest to invest into ETC, BCH, VIBE, HSR, LMC, IOTA, OMG, ICX, 1st Blood. However, in any case, I will invest main part of my money into bitcoin and ethereum.

No , bitcoin mainly works as a short term investment because we can see that it's value can increase or pump in a much shorter time but it can be also applicable in a longer term of investment because the longer you wait and hodl it , the more value itll grow. altcoins like etherium does mainly works as a long term investment because it is obvious that their value takes a long time to increase , yet their only advantage is that they are more stable. |

if you are really into longterm better hold on to your BTC you can also buy ETH LTC DOGE and XRP choose the top 10 in CMC but always read news so yo can take advantage on a coin up and down

The first question is what do you consider as long term?! Talking about 1 year it may be some prospective coin but if take into acount longer period than (my opinion) it is impossible to forecast because of undetermined surely posicion in the world and big volatility. So stay up to date

My first priority is always BTC as it is the base of all crytpos. LTC and ETH also will give profit but the margin will be better with BTC. |

I believe the safest long term investments are currently bitcoin, ethereum, neo trio. I am expecting 25k bitcoin, 5k ethereum and 1k neo in long run. Monero is somewhat safe long term investment too.
