As I see longterm crypto prospective - big investorsl like banks and hedge funds will be entering crypto soon and this process would not be done within a day. Most of that enterence will be done through stablecoins that have the reserve fund as a baking. What exactly stable coins will be used - I dont know for sure but Im confident that it is a new trend that why Im investing in new stable coins that are going to appear soon and going to keep tem long term

I also think that a lot of new stable coins will appear this year. Tether and TrueUSD are existing now, Heaven and LibreCash is coming soon BUT whats the sense of holding stable coin?? U know it is stable and can not grow in price...

Not sure about transperancy in Tether and TrueUSD but as for LibreCash it has 2 tokens, one for usage and another one is shares where owners will get the profit from the stability fund growth. So if it is really popular and will be in demand, can u imagine the size of that fund and profit for share holders? The same suitas for Heaven. The only question which coin to choose for long term holding as only 1-2 stable coins will bereally used, the rest will be foregotten by the market

I have read about LibreCash and Heaven already and they dont worth a shot at all! As for long term holding at least. Just for using - well, probably, but for investing, it has no sense, imho, probably others think different

bitcoin, ethereum, and litecoin, i just believe them. i already buy some ethereum in the early of this year. i hope they will back to $1500 again in the mid of this year.

My Advice to you would be imvest in THUG Coin, thats a coin which is worth holding for long term, currently it is cheap and u can buy by thousands and hold atleast 2 years, it will be you best investment😊

I appreciate your oppinion BUT still, we have aprox 1700 different crypto projects, more then 1000 are "dead" and the number of such project would only increase. Only untility tokens are now in demand and they are growing just thx for speculation but when regulatory bodies come we will see the time of security projects and only the kind of security tokens as for now is stable coins and its shares, so it is my choice.

I advise to buy "platform" coins in such cases. All platforms need more work and have more chance not to die. May be they no so quickly grow but their bases are more solid

Firstly you need to buy crypto when it is in cheap or low price and the most important thing to have your crypto for long term securely is to use safe wallet like hardware wallet or your investment and profit may be hacked.

Coming to the point of long term investment, you need to choose any crypto which is the first top 10 coins for better prospects. Also, observe and validate their price trend in the past to understand whether your investment will grow.

I think that good coins for long-term investment are NEO, NEM, ETH, Bitcoin, IOTA. It seems to me that these are the most ambitious projects.

My long term investments are still Bitcoin and Ethereum,
But now I think ACC or Accelerator Network is one of the good alt-coin for a long term investment,
It is a POS token and you could use it to pay for mining in their website .

I think best coins to hold for long term are now anon coins + coins involves 0 (or near to 0) fees + better exchange tokens.
Monero, Verge
IOTA, Nano
Binance token, kucoin.

I really love to hold these coins through next 5 years.

I would recommend BTC and ETH. Those are top 2 ranks in the market. Though their price were down couple months ago, but they survived. It proves that they are good options for investment.

For the most long-term investments (bought and forgotten), I would choose bitcoin and etherium. In the ratio of 70 to 30 in favor of bitcoin. I think that in 3-4 years, such investments will grow in price seriously. Perhaps the third position in the long-term portfolio will appear after Telegram's ICO.

In my opinion, all those coins which are on the top 10 - 20 are always gonna be top notch for a long term investment.

Just take this in consideration, they have never dropped as hard as a lot of lowcap coins did before.

Long term investments should be looked at very carefully. Read up on the currency, not just their site and whitepaper, to gauge how the community feels about it. If a product starts out great and the community starts seeing that they aren't delivering on promises then they will jump ship.

I want to to think that the coins that I have right now are the ones that can be long term investments in the long run like 3 to 5 years in the future. So I will be hopeful that it would be a matter of time before we can make this work and be able to get massive profits.

If you decide on a long term coin for the coin you hold, it is probably the most lucrative decision you have made. The market is on a high rise. and probably will spike by the end of the year.

Still the no. 1 to invest is bitcoin but if your were referring to altcoins i suggest UUU, REDV, HBZ, LEV all of them have great team and working 24/7 for their perspective project.

BTC, ETH, LTC, NEO, BCH, maybe XRP, IOTA, EOS - these are my favorites. For sure there will be more, however currently its hard to say which new project will remain.

I picked up promising altcoins for my portfolio, in my opinion.
Waves, Ethereum,stratis, capp, ada-read the info about these coins. In the future, these coins should bring a good profit.

To be able to benefit from the money we invest in crypto is at least we have to invest in the long term. And I think there are many interesting altcoins to invest in the long run. However, I can not have it all. So I chose BTC, ETH, and NEO for my longer investment assets.
