To hold in the long run is bitcoin, because bitcoin will definitely survive. In an unstable market it would be better to choose a more trusted one because it is very small it has the potential to fail and is more likely to survive and provide benefits.

At the moment I think you should combine both long-term investment and short-term investment. With traditional coins you should invest long term and keep them with ICOS coins you should invest in shorter terms because the current market is not good.
