Legal action is definitely possible. This article has some interesting info on suing a Chinese Company from the U.S.- http://www.chinalawb...ted_states.html According to a business lawyer friend of mine, the FTC can request that a Chinese company's funds be frozen while litigation takes place. He also said that U.S. companies and consumers sue Chinese companies often, and that they have decent success. I personally haven't considered it yet, but if someone is willing to organize a class action suit, I'm sure plenty of people would be willing to join. I wish BA understood that all they need to do is tell everyone what is going on, and agree to a good compensation plan. I'm positive this would make many customers happy and willing to wait a bit longer. ( The compensation would need to be at least 3x at minimum, but they have the equipment.) If they don't act soon I'm sure we'll see legal action begin. I just hope BA isn't waiting for that to happen before they start delivering. Just my 2 pennies. If they were going to boost compensation, they would have done so long ago. It's just a stall tactic to keep people placated. The minion products are a total loss at this point. All customers have been screwed. It's time for BA to own up to that fact.

Difficulty's stepped up by 16% in the last day or so, making any miners that now arrive even less useful.
The difficulty is now about 16x what it was in January when Black Arrow promised they'd be delivered by. Bullshitting, scamming, self-mining bastards.

You can complain on bitcoin forums until you're blue in the face, but unfortunately that won't change anything. But as BFL's current woes show, if enough people complain to the authorities, they have to step in at some point. If BA has your money and won't give it back, complain to the Hong Kong police. If you paid to a UK bank, also complain to the UK financial authority. Truth_Seeker did his homework for you and posted all the information you need: Posted by Truth_Seeker at ecointalk, thought it would also be good to have here in case BA deletes it (as they are wont to do): Truth_Seeker, on 24 Sept 2014 - 7:20 PM, said: I suggest everyone makes a police report ASAP. Links: Hong Kong police cyber crime department because their corps are in Hong Kong https://secure1.info.gov.hk/police/eforms/report_cyber_crime_en.php UK Action Fraud because their banking is in the UK http://www.actionfraud.police.uk/ The names you should mention are Daniel Andronic -> Facebook page -> https://www.facebook.com/daniel.andronic.77 The bank information of black arrow is as follows: Beneficiary company name: Destino LIMITED Beneficiary company address: Edwards Place, 240 Kings Road, Reading, RG1 4NY, United Kingdom Message to beneficiary: >>> fill in here your order number. For exampleOrder #3333 <<< Beneficiary bank name: Metro Bank Beneficiary bank address: 201 Broad Street Mall, Reading, RG 1 7QA, United Kingdom Beneficiary country: United Kingdom Swift code: MYMBGB2LXXX Please select your preferred currency on our website in order to obtain the total amount of your order and pay to one of these accounts: EUR Account Number: 13633018, Sort Code: 23-05-80, IBAN:GB31MYMB23058013633018 USD Account number: 13633045, Sort Code: 23-05-80, IBAN:GB78MYMB23058013633045 GBP Account Number: 13631317, Sort Code: 23-05-80, IBAN:GB77MYMB23058013631317 I suggest everyone do this before they delete my post because this forum is owned by them! If you don't stand up for yourself and report their criminal activity, you have no one but yourself to blame for your losses.

Who is this Daniel Andronic you're saying we should report? Mostly everyone mentions Alexander Sovu or something like that.
I believe that Minersource's Bobsag, and likely the other guy from the European reseller, know who runs Black Arrow. As does likely David. They probably have much more detailed information on how to get ahold of them. Let's be serious, Bobsag and company aren't putting in website tickets. They call someone directly. Who is that person? It's not Silvia.
The resellers should provide this information if anyone is really going to know who exactly it is that needs to be sued. As Black Arrow themselves taunted in a response to someone asking them, "Who do you intend to sue?" because they know their identities are hidden.
If you want law enforcement to get involved, they need to know who to go after and how you connect the dots from the company to them being behind it. Otherwise you're just spamming their email with not enough information.
Maybe they can figure it out, since they are the law, but it doesn't make a lot of sense to provide Daniel Andronic's name, and have nothing else to connect him except his Facebook page. No address, no phone number, nothing. You have any legal papers to show he runs the company or anything?

I believe that we have already informed our customers of this: We are currently waiting for CE to check the X3. Until completed, no shipment can be made.
We would like to ask forum users to stop flooding the thread with obscene messages.
Thank you for your patience.
Any word on our compensation?

3. i've decided to go after Alex himself so am now starting legal's in the uk against Alex, destino and bbyte. so i'm thinking the court costs are gonna be staggering... but they will be applied back to alex... if im successful if not i'm eating beans for the next 3 years ROFL.. but i think he needs putting out of action totally. So long as tangible progress is made, I will throw dollars (Or Bitcoins) into this to assist.

How can we get involved with this? I am continuously in contact with black arrow and all they do is lie. Everday they update respond to my email with lies and nonsense. I'd like to know where I can start if anyone is currently involved with pursuing legal action in any country regarding this matter.

In a totally different and not-related-to-their-ethics topic.. Anyone got any ideas on this problem..? After moving my X-1's to a different location its like the miners are unresponsive - not taking DHCP address properly I think? When i run the miner manager I find: 239.71.000.000 239.71.000.001 and then I enter the http://prospero.blac...owsoftware.com/ it shows: Updated MAC 2014-08-21 10:58 baac084401c6 https://192.168.10.14date makes no sense does it? - I just put em online today. And I cannot access the miners via the link above.. I'v looked at the switch they are connected to, and i do not see any mac address beginning with "baac" ... :/

Just a fyi. I just received a tracking number for my 3 X1's from Minersource. Order and paid date - 2013-12-13
A single X-1 arrived and is up and running with no issues. Awaiting my other two no shipping notice for a month now. I ordered one, then moved bitcoin around and updated and paid for 3. Minersource site shows 3 X-1 ordered and paid same date, only one shipped so far.

thanks but the thread is not updated with the received dates. That's probably because there are no received dates - n'est-ce pas? They've also just started the week of holiday that are the Chinese National Day celebrations, so don't expect anything to happen this week or next.
