I am always believe that its best time to buy when market on panic sell. Sometimes many negative news and FUDs around us but the decision is on ourself. Its better doing some research before we eat that negatif news. When we research thats not true, its time to buy to make profits

That's absolutely a wise thing but remember there are those people who are awared on the risk of trading while the market is on red since they will lose profit in that way. But if ever it is possible to buy or invest while the market is falling, surely, it will be an advantage because the moment it starts to increase, huge profit will be earned. Investing during the dips is surely an advantage compared to selling while the market is falling.
