Because there are so many emerging projects in the market, it is really hard to find a good ICO. We don't know which one is good. So if you don't know how to spot a good ICO, it is better to have some advise and read their concept before you invest in them. Much better to invest on the coins which are already in the market.

So far I am looking for a good ICO from the team who join in it and most importantly the concept they give if everything is good then we look for where the ICO rating is registered and the ICO advisor is whether it has a great community If all is fulfilled then it is already being a nice feature of ICO in my opinion, but still remember all the different people in search of ICO.

There can't be too many ICOs , there are good and bad ICOs I think, bad means scam... I hope there will be a lot of "good" ICOs, as much as possible

You are right, a lot of ICOS are being held now and it is difficult for investors to choose good projects. Capital of the members scattered to different projects and ultimately did not collect the soft cap.

with all these ICOs going on in parallel it seems impossible to stick out for a good one.

Reddit and this forum get flooded with announcements of new ICOs making it almost impossible to spot good ones.
Facebook blocked ICO advertising.
Google Adwords blocks use of word ICO in ads in certain countries already.
Twitter is drowning in ICO announcements.
Listing pages are popping up everywhere, too.

What are the ways you guys use to learn about new ICOs and how do you find out the good ones ?

Sometimes, there is just a need to wait a little bit more, not doing nothing. Because if you do that, there will be an opportunity to invest in better ICO. If for now there are no great project on the horizon.

It is difficult to find a potential ICO project, as there are currently too many projects on the market. We do not know which project has more potential. You can check the concept , whitepaper before investing into it.

ICOs projects are often uncontrollable because you and I can not know for sure whether it is a good project or a fraudulent project. To find a good ICO project is difficult, you should check all the social and verify it before making a decision.

Too many ICOs are really confusing to investors which are really big disadvantage because some ICOs are very promising at first and then they end up as scam which are not acceptable to investors. Also in my opinion, too much ICOs may lead the market dropping because investors are spreading their investment towards many ICOs and not focusing on few, so the demand on this few potential cryptos or ICOs may decrease which decreases the value of the token that leads the market dropping.

I agree with the OP. There are too many ICOs ongoing right now and this is despite the fact that the market is in a very depressed state. On top of that many of the ICOs keep their soft-cap at unrealistically high levels.

Agree.. All of the sectors are becoming saturated with similar ICO announcement in every other day.  When in almost every other day, new and more advance project ICO is coming, will it be beneficial to HODL the token you loved?

I learn about new ICO from the forum and sometimes from special portals that evaluate ICO and give a brief description of the project.
If I'm interested in the idea, I read more about the project, the team and I'm looking at the information on the forum.

Icos will continue to increase,  so far people have not stopped dreaming,  i am dreaming of one too. Depending on the team and the originality of the innovation,  there is still much space for successful icos

ICO a lot and every day they become more and more. Personally, I stopped investing in ICO for a while and decided to just participate in bounty companies and thought it was time to learn how to trade.

I agree that recently there has been a lot of ICO and it is increasingly difficult to find good projects - that would not get to the scammers. personally, I have to study projects very well before taking part in it.
