yes very sad there are many shit ICOs now. but i believe sometimes ICO will be regulated. so only the good ICOs which can hold

You simply can't continue empowering the ico process when you run out of funds. With the current situation, ICOs are just too damn much. I'm even thinking ICOs will be a thing of the past soon. Because in recent times, majority of ico tokens have all gone below their respective ico token prizes. If that trend continue, ICOs will ne a thing of the past

Yes, a lot of ICOs is not an obstacle if they were not scam ICOs and this was what the OP was actually talking about cause the cryptocurrency community have been flooded with scam ICOs which was the same thing that attract the SEC and the senior regulators.

Well use this market lull to calm down & do your homework and research to find the hidden gems. Focus on the undiscovered new ones, because the upside potential in good ones is much greater than in the established ones. Upside multiples can be a totally different game. You just need to do your research carefully and don't trust ICO listing sites etc. because ratings can be bought. Careful research is very important to avoid scams and other low quality projects - don't trust anyone but your own research!

The number of scams happened this year is different in the past year which is very good to invest in new Altcoins that have a big chance.
