For me it is definitely Ripple. I don't believe in Litecoin anymore. Did you know that Litecoin founder sold all of his LTC ?
So how can I buy it if CEO doesn't hold crypto which he has created?
Talk about complete failure of understand decentralization.
Bitcoin is the beginning of a new area, the old system is done.
btw not a single xrp has been sold and added to circulating supply in the past week, price still fell, over 60% unsold

Any Bitcoin address not starting with 1 is fraud and scam Full (20 coins) Cryptomarket History

for now I think Litecoin and Ripple are one of the most potent Altcoin in the crypto money market, but I have seen both coins very good and I will stick with this. If you want to invest, the best option would be to invest in both coins, as they complement each other. I know, not everyone likes ripples but the truth is that it is a profitable coin, and if you invest in it, you will get a bigger profit in the future.

for now better litecoin than ripple, because now litecoin price is under $ 100 and maybe this is the right time to buy some ltc, then hold it first until the market recovered

Both Ripple and Litecoin has been doing greatly in the market of late with litecoin even outperforming other digital currencies at some point.

between the two, which one would you invest in and why?

I think, of course, both currencies worth an investor`s attention, you just have to choose the right moment to buy and sell Wink

I really don't support ripple while it is centralized coin. I don't like people who support it by investing on it. Litecoin is decentralized and give much more credibility as it is not linked to the big investor, so its future not dependent on someone's decision. Better to choose litecoin.

I will go for LITECOIN because is more potential that ripple and it has big investors and it,s credibility is excellent. LITECOIN is also getting better in the technology.

i have always liked buying coins that are still in cents than those that are in wholesome in which i mean the dollar. the cents tends to appreciate in a much faster pace talking about the percentage than the coins already in the dollar value. so in that case i will opt for the ripple anyday and any time. thanks

but if we look from the growth side I think litecoins will be more stable than ripples for now, precisely because I see the current development so I choose litecoin to invest short term, because the money needed to secure many Ltc. Therefore, I can only secure coins like Xrp that I know have some greater potential.

I will choose litecoin in ripple & litecoin. Because Litecoin has huge potential due to its big community. litecoin has already been proposed as an alternative payment method.

I support the author of the previous message. I also like more coins, which cost less than a whole dollar. I think they have potential. That's why I bought XRP a long time ago. I keep them and do not want to sell. That's why my choice XRP.

I would choose litecoin because almost all xrp is owned by Ripple, its price can be manipulated by Ripple easily. On the other hand litecoin is a decentralized coin, the possibility of its price being manipulated by an individual is very low.

Yea, ripple is a centralized non-banker coin (banker interested only with ripple blockchain for them ripple coin will be useless). Ripple has been holding so many pre-mined coin.
but i thought that everyone will choose litecoin as the best coin rather than ripple.

XRP and LTC are far from eth, so if you choose to invest in eth, I suggest you directly buy eth, which is more likely to make money and less risky.

I think these two alts are rather different to compare. Both are the good projects, and worth to invest it. I like the best RIPPLE project which invests in other projects going to use it in the future.

depends on how much time would you like to invest, for short term trading, Ripple is a good option. For Long term, Litecoin is really valuable looking at the marketcap.

I cannot say certainly why but Ripple caused me to trust it more than litecoin does, Anyway I have many friends that are supporting litecoin as well.

in fact, you do not need to fixate on one coin and so I would recommend investing in both. Ripple and litecoin is really promising in the crypto currency market.

Why are you comparing them in the first place? Is it only because of their listing at CMC? They both do completely different things, or aim to do completely different things. I wouldn't bother with both of them tbh....maybe if BTC dominance really drops to a critical low, perhaps then ltc will rise again, but I am putting my money (and time + energy) into more tangible projects, projects that are using blockchain (decentralized) to solve real problems. For that matter I do like the idea of ripple, being able to offer a temporary transition period to move over to crypto completely (don't like xrp the coin though).

Anyway. I would definitely look for other projects. I wouldn't be surprised if in 2020 the top 10 at CMC looks completely different Smiley.
