Yup.. Ryan Felton is playing his last cards, do not let him escape guys. Whatever he does to hide his deeds can only make his punishment heavier.

Ryan felton got only one tweet left on his Twitter account, @SkyblockCMG twitter account deleted, anything related to FLIK deleted from SkyblockCMG's website.. yup, Ryan finally admitting there's no such thing as "SkyblockCMG" and that he's the mastermind of everything Skyblock = Ryan Felton, as many of us said it before.

So. How do we get our money back? Anyone who has any experience with these legal procedures in the US? I got a small portion of this somewhere, so who knows we could make some money out of it. Looks like TheBlast broke the story 5 days ago: https://theblast.com/t-i-cryptocurrency-lawsuit/The investors claim in late 2017, a massive “dump” of FLiK tokens caused a massive drop in their value. They claim “Felton explained that the devaluation was caused, at least in part, because T.I. had given FLiK tokens to members of his family and friends who had sold massive amounts on coinexchange.com causing rapid devaluation.” And in the meantime there's a statement from TI: https://theblast.com/ti-crypto-lawsuit-statement/

Felton really pulled a number. I wonder if there's a way to expand the legal action into a class action suite against him.

Yup. Does someone have any info or experience about these US class actions? BTCTalk members in the US who are interested in taking an initiative? Any information about the current lawyer team? It's our turn to have some fun with these scammers!

I have no experience with US court action whatsoever. But last time I checked, rule of law was still applicable. Does anyone know if and how we can get our money back? What actions to take? For those of you who are too lazy to read the whole article, here's the essential part of it: Once Felton had access to the proceeds from the FLiK token sales in his Wells Fargo Bank account, he used these proceeds to purchase" the house at 75 Abington Court for approximately $1.5 million, the federal investigators charge in the court filing.
Felton also allegedly used the investors' money to buy a Chevrolet Tahoe and luxury goods, such as a Ferrari and jewelry, federal investigators allege. No Lambo though. What a disappointment.

Why not look for someone who can embrace the project? Or a group of investors behind another project to benefit from this currency ??

You're kidding. And for those who feared the US and A would kill every crypto project, don't worry: the case against Ryan was dismissed in May. https://finance.yahoo.com/news/court-says-rapper-t-flik-143819783.html
