Don't be sell your holdings in panic when market goes dipped, rather this time always good to buy on every dip that is necessary to average the purchasing. In panic sell always get more losses.Being Patience and holding of your token/coins is always better in this market.

Don't panic when the price goes down and don't sell it on a cheap price has a patience to wait when the price goes up, and buy on the dip for you to have profit and don't look on the market when it is red the tendency of it you will sell it and panic, you only thing that you do is to make calm even the price goes down.

The only words that I'm going to share for those are saying they didn't earn much money through Signature Bounty Campaigns is:
- don't sell your bounty stake tokens when it hit the Crypto Markets right away because giving them the chance to pump will offer us a lot of opportunities.
- don't quit your job (if you have one) because I choose to hold my Crypto Assets because my salary is sufficient on supporting my family's daily basic needs.
- don't rush on day trading if you don't have good experiences and higher capital so that you'll never lose your Crypto Assets.
- Crypto Market is volatile, be sure you enjoy your Crypto Earnings though your hard work. Use it as your reward to self at least 5%-10% of it.

Totally agree with you. I got this problem as with daily purchases as with trading. When ideas comes up on emotional stage, I try to defer them for a few hours/minutes and then considering on fresh mind.
