I agree with this. It's okay as long as they have what it takes to make the project successful.

There are certain regulations. So, you need to get acquainted with the site, as far as there is complete information. Domain must correspond to reality, which the social network is connected, to perform "reviews" and sift custom. Information about the people, the team you trust with your finances should be available. For me i only choose ICO that has many blockchain technology developers and advisors , never invest to project that has few members specially if the project has many features mostly likely they will failed and possible might end up to abandoning their project because of lack of trust of its investors ! Do not depend totally on ICO listing sites. The best thing to do is after finding the ICO you feel you can invest in, you have to do research on every one of them to know and test their genuineness. I can say that stay away from ICO review sites they make biased reviews to boosts the popularity of coins ! Much better to make your own research to have a good ICO you want to participate with !
