You can predict but not all of your prediction is right since no one sees the future. 
For me, I am very much happy already if I have more good predictions than my mistakes and I know with proper fund management

Before creating the delay and go into the dump. Note the amount of actual trading on its trading floors and try to find information that may affect the trend. Before the latency created you can pull it up by launches.

In my experience, it always happens when a coin reach its all time high and you can see it in the top 30 gainers and after that day, everyone is dumping it like they all just got their profits and exited completely.

sometimes, this is happening but sometimes the price is not getting dump but down for a little. we can see the dump is coming when the coin is getting delist in the market and the price will down for fast without any delay because people don't want to get any risk or get a loss to hold delist coin. the other sign is when the bad news is release and makes people panic so they sell the coin.

Try to get familiar with the charts and useful indicators like RSI and MACD. Sometimes spread can also be a sign of a pump / dump, when the buy and sell prices are spread apart more than normal.

The price of bitcoin is very volatile but not as much as you are making out to be, bitcoin can go up or down but most of the time when there is a major movement in the coin is because something is happening, the price increase in the previous year happened because segwit was finally activated in the network and this made everyone bullish about the future of bitcoin.

No one can ever tell when the value of the market will dump or pump. There are some sites you can use to find out when you can buy and sell or to hold coins.You can watch it and track every minutes, everyday here in https://cryptowat.ch/, hopefully it helps you a lot.

If the price of crypto currencies increasing too fast then chance for dump is possible but there is no way to find the price dump because it is too volatile market so even the experts can't predict it.

You know, bitcoin value and other cryptocurrencies prices are always volatile, you should know this in the very first place before you invest. If you are already earning profit of the amount you invest sell it because you can have your earnings.

I see this in many times and I think it will always happen in the future. like what I see with zcl in the bittrex yesterday, the price suddenly getting a pump but in the next minutes, the price gets dump so hard and almost reach the bottom price again but gladly, it stops at more than 0.001x btc. I think we can see this again in the future and get ready to take a profit before the price is down too hard and makes us cannot take a profit.

That's right, we cant really predict even the most old ones that are in crypto for long. No one can forsee when will be the dump happen in the market. But mostly, we can see the price that are going up we can grab the chance to take profit because we dont know yet when will be the next dump.

I think if ypur balance in the coin went higher, move it to the usd, then buy back the coin when thi price gets low again. That way you can gain and you can prevent your money from losses.

You can basically learn  basic technical analysis and apply it on the higher end time frames like the daily or the weekly charts.

Use moving averages and when it breaks the moving average it's usually a time to sell.

Only issue is that it's usually too late to sell at a good price since they are all lagging indicators

Now it is time to dump and it is continue from November 2017, even you could see bitcoin has a big dump and it was come from $20000 and still we are hopeless. My few friends bought bitcoin in $17000 and still they hold it because of big lose and waiting a good time when they sell their bitcoins. You could guess mostly people feel uncomfortable because it is a period of dumping. So i will suggest you search on YouTube and see the prediction videos about crypto currencies, then you could predict about coins.

If you have access to privileged information about what the huge investors will do then you could in fact predict the direction of the market but how many people have that information? Very few I guess, but if someone has it then that person is not going to share it with anyone since who is going to share information that can make you millions of dollars in each single trade.

First, you should put in mind that it is the nature of crypto currency to dump and pump anytime.  It is volatile. Second, There is no formula that will give you hint if the crypto will dump or pump because if there will be any then many investors are super rich by now.  You should understand that cryptocurrecncy do not have stable price so, earning and losing investment is part of the whole picture.  The good thing about crypto currency is even it dump it always recover.  Meaning, as long as you keep holding your crypto, you always have chance to recover your loses.

Lock your profits or cash out your initial investments so that all of the assets you still holding are all your profits from your previous trades. You can't hold then moon, moon is too far but you can hit homeruns ( it's still a homerun )

Believe it or not, we cant truly anticipate even the most old ones that are in crypto for long. Nobody can drive when will be the landfill occur in the market. In any case, for the most part, we can see the value that are going up we can get the opportunity to take benefit since we don't know yet when will be the following dump.

I agree with you, I think in this year, we are in the down in the cryptocurrency because all of the coins has dropped too deep and no coin that is trying to increase because the bitcoin price is still down too. all coin has to try to get survive in the cryptocurrency and wait for a good moment to back to increase and I think we need more time to see the price increase back.
